Li Xin'er leaned back, crossed her legs, and kept her eyes on Ersha and the others, her fingers rhythmically tapping on the sofa armrest.
"Your special ability is called space compression."
"The smaller the compression range, the less energy is consumed. For example, if you want to deal with a zombie, you can directly lock onto its head, or even more precisely lock onto any part of its head."
“Look at that giraffe over there.”
Li Xin'er pointed ahead to a zombie deer with its neck bent and head drooping in front of its chest, approaching them.
"Lock onto the head area, unleash your superpower, and squeeze."
With a snap of her fingers in mid-air, Sister Xin's signature move—the exploding watermelon—was performed once again.
The zombie deer, which had been charging forward, suddenly had its head explode, spraying out an unidentified pinkish-white sticky substance in all directions.
Wenwen stared intently at the zombie deer lying motionless on the ground, tilting her head slightly.
Li Xin'er turned her head to look at Wenwen and said:
"This is head-locked compression."
"With your current abilities, you probably won't be able to handle two more heads. Look at that rhinoceros."
Li Xin'er then pointed out a zombie rhinoceros to her.
"For something this large, if you don't have enough superpowers to lock onto the entire head, you lock onto the inside of its head."
"The infiltration of superpowers is like having superpowers as your eyes; you need to use your superpowers to see inside the skull."
"Unleash your powers on that rhinoceros."
Wenwen lowered her eyes, her long, curled eyelashes trembling slightly, and she pursed her lips nervously.
Li Xin'er gently comforted her, "Don't rush, take your time to feel it."
Then, her soul power sensed a faint power emanating from Wenwen.
Li Xin'er manifested her soul power for Wenwen to see.
"Do you see a white thing?"
She used less than 30% of her soul power, and at this moment Wenwen could see a white rope as thick as a wrist floating in the air.
Wenwen's mouth gaped slightly in surprise, and she nodded blankly.
"You control your superpower, follow it."
Compared to Li Xin'er's soul power, Wenwen's superpower is like a thin thread.
Wenwen wasn't very familiar with the operation at first, and she would make a few hesitant movements. Li Xin'er was unusually patient and waited for her to get used to it on her own.
After a while, Wenwen's superpower, guided by Li Xin'er, stopped at the forehead of the zombie rhinoceros.

After repeated failed attempts, Wenwen became so anxious that tiny beads of sweat appeared on her nose.
Li Xin'er then changed her wording appropriately.
"Imagine your superpower as a needle, aim it at a point, and pierce it, drill it in."
Wenwen clenched her fists and secretly exerted force.
This time, it seemed she had found the trick, and her superpower successfully penetrated the head of the zombie rhinoceros.
“Good. Now aim at any part of this head, use your power to wrap around it, and then crush it. The smaller the area you choose, the less effort you will need.”
No sooner had the words left his mouth than the zombie rhinoceros collapsed to the ground with a thud. From the outside, there was no sign of injury on its head.
However, Li Xin'er knew that a piece of the brain inside the zombie rhinoceros's head had been compressed and destroyed by Wenwen's superpower.
Wenwen turned to look at Li Xin'er, her round eyes shining like stars.
She succeeded!
Li Xin'er smiled and nodded, praising and encouraging her:
"Yes, that's good, keep practicing."
She looked up at the sky and saw a golden oriole that had mutated into a zombie. Half of its wings were rotten and featherless, and it was struggling to fly steadily in the air.
Li Xin'er took Wenwen's hand and pointed to the teetering zombie bird.
"Try it."
After saying that, Li Xin'er withdrew her soul power and this time did not guide her, letting Wenwen do as she pleased.
Wenwen stared intently at the zombie bird, her fists clenched tightly, as if she were putting all her strength into it.
Soon, the zombie bird landed from the sky and fell silent.
"Very good. Slowly, try not to stare at it, and use your superpower to sense it."
Li Xin'er gently patted Wenwen's head, her voice soft.
"To strike unexpectedly can kill without leaving a trace."
Wenwen only half understood, tilted her head with doubt in her eyes, but still obediently nodded.

She sensed a surge of energy, even greater than that of the zombie beasts, rapidly approaching her.

In the blink of an eye, a black and yellow blur shot out from the bushes beside them, rushing towards Li Xin'er.
Despite its rapid movements, Li Xin'er still accurately captured its trajectory.
She lifted Wenwen with one hand and dodged to the side, her tone somewhat agitated.
"Turns out it had red eyes."
As zombies begin to evolve, their eyes will change from gray to red.
The leopard in front of me, reeking of decay, was undoubtedly a zombie beast. I didn't expect it to evolve so quickly.
Li Xin'er had been eyeing the crystal core for a long time. She stared at the leopard's forehead, her eyes shining with an alarming intensity.
Meanwhile, Carl and his team finished off the zombie beasts and, seeing that there were still some survivors, they all gathered around.
The white tiger roared and was about to pounce on the zombie leopard.
Li Xin'er immediately raised her hand to stop her.

She was determined to thoroughly study the first level-one zombie beast she encountered...
