49. Chapter 49 Exploded

Bai Ling took the sword and chopped off the head of the zombie that was blocking her way and rushing towards her to bite her. After reaching the other side, she hung the box up.

Then she dragged the car back quickly. Fortunately, zombies below level one had no thoughts, so they just followed her.

After going back and forth three times, Bai Ling finally returned to the convenience store that she had almost emptied.

"These are enough for one person to eat three times a day for more than a month!"

"Thank you, thank you so much, both of you!" Old Tang seemed to understand why she did this. Although the girl looked cold, he knew she was actually kind-hearted.

But Bai Xiaoxi frowned. Bai Ling shouldn't do such unnecessary things. Why? Just then, his phone suddenly rang. Bai Xiaoxi was startled and quickly picked up the phone. It was a text message. His frown deepened, and he turned to stare at Old Tang and the six people in his thirties and forties who were also in his thirties.

"What's wrong?" Old Tang looked at his body and then touched his face.

The others were all on guard.

"Nothing!" Bai Xiaoxi narrowed his eyes, touched his leg, and took out a grenade.

"This...this...this...what are you going to do?" This look really scared those people.

Bai Xiaoxi ignored their frightened looks and threw the grenade towards the stairs.

Then there was a loud bang, which scared the seven people so much that they fell to the ground, covered in dust, and even their ears began to ring.

This is still far away from the stairs, otherwise these people would definitely be injured by the impact.

"What are you doing? You blew up the stairs, and we are completely trapped here!" Those people who were originally hungry and weak could not help but scream.

Bai Xiaoxi shrugged. "Since you all want to stay here and wait for rescue anyway, wouldn't you be safer if we blow up that stairwell?"

After saying that, he quickly went down the rope.

The seven people were so angry that they gnashed their teeth, including Old Tang. They had thought these two were good people, but it turned out they were actually evil. How could this be so unreasonable? It was so infuriating. What kind of people were they? Even though the world had changed, did people's hearts have to become so terrible?

However, they didn't know that until seven days later, except for the two people who mutated after drinking tap water, the remaining five people were deeply grateful for what Bai Xiaoxi had done before.

Because those zombies have changed, some of them have amazing jumping ability, which is really terrifying. Even if it is a floor high, they are afraid that monsters will jump up at night!

But despite saying so, Bai Xiaoxi still frowned, not understanding why Bai Ling was so nice to them. Of course, he would not admit that he was a little jealous under this comparison!

Waving his sword, he deliberately wandered outside for a while, venting his bad mood on those man-eating monsters.

Until she received another text message, although it only contained four words "Come back soon", it seemed to have magic power, sweeping away Bai Xiaoxi's depressed mood, and she quickly went to the convenience store.

"sister!"

Bai Ling had just packed all the supplies they needed, and when she looked up, she saw a face with a bright smile.

Bai Xiaoxi originally wanted to ask Bai Ling why she helped those people do these things, but now she didn't feel that she was so bothered by it, so she didn't ask.
