Chapter 17 Leniency for Confession
"Let's go, don't delay!" Zhu Ci took the initiative to carry the heaviest backpack, picked up Xu Zhiyang, and the three of them continued to move forward in the dusk.
As the eerie night fell, they successfully found a forest outside a bend in the highway. The trees were dense and it looked well hidden.

Two people each found a wider branch and used it as their bed for tonight.

Li Huiyin brought two mesh hammocks in the interlayer of her backpack. They didn't take up much space and could make them more comfortable to lie on when opened.
Zhu Ci tied up the hammock, put Xu Zhiyang in it, and lay on the tree branch himself. He had been trained not to move around when sleeping, so there was no need to worry about falling off the tree.
