After hearing this, Liang Xuzhe immediately put down the knife in his hand and said uncomfortably, "I'm sorry, are you taking the supplies for us?"

After all, having too many supplies wasn't a good thing; it might attract unwanted attention.
Liang Xuzhe hadn't expected her to give them so much food, and his eyes welled up with tears of gratitude. "Thank you, we'll repay you in the future."
"It's alright. I see you're all tired, so I won't bother you any longer. Goodbye."
"Okay, thank you."
After Nan Xiangwan and her brother left, the others spoke up, saying, "Big brother, they are good people. We will remember their kindness."
Liang Xuzhe wiped the tears from the corners of his eyes and said, "Don't say anything. Let's eat first. Everyone has been hungry all day. Once we're full, we can go and rest. We'll go out and look for supplies tomorrow. This villa can serve as our shelter for now."
"Well, let's work hard together and try to survive."
