Chapter 131 Protective Shield
As soon as she entered the building, the strong smell of blood hit her in the face, making Su Qing almost vomit. She covered her mouth and nose suddenly, her stomach churning, and she dug her nails deep into her palms before she could barely suppress the urge to vomit.
The lobby on the first floor was splattered with dark red blood, and the trails of blood on the ground extended all the way inward.
Qin Yu made a gesture, and two teams of soldiers with guns carefully searched the hall, and finally stopped in front of the innermost door.
Su Qing asked the system.
"Is this the place?"

A soldier stepped forward and took out a black box from his backpack. Inside was several small Hummingbird drones. He placed the drones on the ground one by one, picked up a tablet and began to operate them.
Several micro drones quickly took off and flew everywhere.
After a while, a picture finally came of the situation inside the house.
The dusty windows dimly reflected several figures standing inside the house. One of them was short and looked like a child compared to the others.
"Confirm the target." The soldier said softly.
Qin Yu immediately contacted the military headquarters and learned that support was about to arrive. He turned around and said to Su Qing, "You wait here to meet the support troops." Then he led the team in.
The door was kicked open and gunshots were heard in the house instantly.
Su Qing stood outside the door, and a cold gaze swept over her. A mocking smile appeared on the zombie leader's living face. Five zombies with human faces stood around him, and Luo Xinxin stood behind the zombie leader. She was covered in blood, and there were many corpses lying on the ground beside her.
It looks like they are experimenting here.
The house was plunged into a melee for a while, and the zombie leader was entangled with Qin Yu. Seeing that his moves were easily resolved, he bared his fangs ferociously, revealing a hint of his zombie nature. Seeing that he could not hurt Qin Yu, his hand was as fast as lightning and grabbed the soldier beside him.

The next moment, it did something that terrified everyone. The soldier, who had completely turned into a zombie, raised one of his hands and put it into his mouth and started biting it.
The sound of teeth colliding with finger bones made a horrifying sound, followed by a wet chewing sound. Dark red blood flowed from the corners of the mouth and dripped onto the ground along the chin. Soon, the hand was eaten clean...
Su Qing watched everything from outside, her stomach churning and she almost vomited.
With a 'bang', Shen Kuo gritted his teeth and shot the zombie-turned soldier to death.
Luo Xinxin looked at the fallen body and sighed, "What a pity. If we give it a little more time, maybe it will succeed."

The zombie leader's sharp claws pinched Su Qing's neck accurately and fiercely, and he slowly lifted her up.

Su Qing's face quickly turned red, his slender fingers tried in vain to tear at the sharp claws on his neck, and his legs kicked helplessly.
"Brother, be gentler with girls." Luo Xinxin took out a syringe with her backhand, which was filled with dark red liquid that was almost the same as the one just injected into the soldier's body.

"Let her go." He took a step forward. "Whatever you want to do, I'll do it."
The zombie leader put Su Qing back on the ground, held him in front of Luo Xinxin, and loosened his grip slightly.
"Cough, cough, cough..." Su Qing breathed in the air again, and a few suppressed coughs came out of her throat. Then she shouted hurriedly: "Qin Yu! Don't worry about me."

A group of soldiers outside ran into the building quickly. Qingshan came in with a box in his hand and was stunned when he saw the situation, but then he reacted immediately.
He opened the box and said to Shen Kuo, "Quick, this is Professor Gu's latest inhibitor. It will suppress the zombies' abilities when injected into them."
There was a special gun in the box. Qingshan installed the bullet filled with medicine and handed it to Chen Kuo.
Shen Kuo took the gun, and felt a heavy touch in his palm. He quickly checked the gun and raised his hand to aim.
The zombie leader's ears moved slightly, and he forced himself to stand up and move closer to Luo Xinxin.
Shen Kuo pulled the trigger, and the specially made bullet whizzed past and hit the shoulder of the zombie leader that was blocking Luo Xinxin's head.
The zombie leader half-hugged Luo Xinxin, grabbed her arm that was held tightly by Su Qing, and pulled it off with his last bit of strength.
"Hurry...go." As it said this, it slowly fell down.
