Chapter 14 Theme: Cosplay Shop Manager

"How about I recommend one to you?" the driver suggested.

“Okay. There are many restaurants I haven’t tried before,” Jiang Qingwan agreed.

“Okay, I’ll take you directly to the entrance of that private kitchen restaurant. Coincidentally, your location is basically next to the private kitchen restaurant I like.”

"OK," Jiang Qingwan gave an OK sign in the back seat, almost out of habit, even though the driver couldn't see it.

Because the driver and Jiang Qingwan chatted casually along the way, the journey felt quick, and the trip was very pleasant.

"Master, I'll give you a five-star review in a bit," Jiang Qingwan said as she opened the car door.

"Haha, thank you. This restaurant is really delicious, especially the braised pork belly, it's so tender and chewy, and so translucent." The driver enthusiastically recommended his favorite dish at the end.

"I must buy it. You're too kind." Jiang Qingwan replied from outside the car, then bent down to close the car door, accepting this wave of enthusiastic recommendation.

As soon as Jiang Qingwan entered the store, she saw that the hall was packed with people and there wasn't a single empty table.

This private kitchen is so popular, it must be really delicious.

"Madam, how many are in your party? We need to take a number now." The waiter greeted Jiang Qingwan as she entered the store.

“One person. But no need to take a number, I don't dine in.” After answering the question, Jiang Qingwan asked, “You should accept delivery, right?”

"Yes, but it's lunchtime now, so delivery times will be affected." The waiter was very familiar with his restaurant's operations.

Jiang Qingwan didn't ask the waiter for the menu; she confidently ordered directly.

"That's alright. Bring 100 of each of your signature dishes, and 200 of braised pork. As for the other regular dishes, bring 50 for now."

The waiter frowned instantly, looked her up and down, and thought to himself that her attire didn't seem like that of someone who was here to cause trouble. He said, "Madam, please don't joke around."

"I'm not kidding, please place your order." Jiang Qingwan generously allowed the waiter to scrutinize her under his suspicious gaze.

This reaffirmed his earlier statement.

"Oh, I see," the waiter said, suddenly realizing, "You're here to film a challenge video, right?"

The waiter moved a few steps closer to Jiang Qingwan, but still couldn't find the camera.

He exclaimed, "Where did you hide this camera? You have to admit, it's disguised quite well. Even someone like me who surfs the internet all the time couldn't find it."
