Chapter 23 Stockpiling Agricultural Products

"This address isn't too far from the previous warehouse," Jiang Qingwan said, looking at the address in the navigation history and the address Huang Jie had just sent.

"That's good, saves me from having to run back and forth between the two places," Jiang Qingwan said happily to herself.

"Have a quick bite to eat first." Jiang Qingwan leaned over to the back seat and secretly pulled out a bag of instant rice balls from a convenience store from her storage space.

Pork floss and seaweed rice balls.

Jiang Qingwan unpacked the food, sat in the driver's seat, and ate small bites of rice while playing on her phone.

Jiang Qingwan took the last bite of rice and stuffed the packaging bag into her pocket.

Open the navigation and drive to Warehouse No. 2.

The warehouse door was ajar; Jiang Qingwan had specifically instructed Sister Huang to open it early in the morning.

Sister Huang truly keeps her promises.

There's already a bunch of all kinds of vegetables in the warehouse. It's winter now, which is perfect for keeping the vegetables fresh.

Jiang Qingwan released her divine sense to check if there were any cameras inside the warehouse.

Okay, no.

Jiang Qingwan locked the door, snapped her fingers in a mock manner, and pretended to be a magician.

The warehouse was instantly emptied.

Jiang Qingwan transferred all the vegetables and meats to her online space.

As for the live lambs and chicks that have not yet been transported, Jiang Qingwan will personally go to the ranch to collect them tomorrow afternoon.

After promptly processing the vegetables, Jiang Qingwan moved on to another food street.

Start repeating yesterday's steps.

They're frantically ordering food and requesting delivery to their door, demanding it arrive this afternoon.

Jiang Qingwan went to a famous pre-cooked food restaurant and secretly slipped a tip to the manager, saying, "Sister, could you give me the contact information for your pre-cooked food factory? I want to buy some."

The manager, being perceptive, immediately pulled Jiang Qingwan outside the shop and whispered, "I'll give you this person's contact information. You can buy whatever you want, but if you want to open a shop, just don't use my shop's name. There's a franchise fee. If you don't pay the franchise fee, someone can sue you."

"Don't worry, I'll eat by myself, I won't open a shop. I'm a terrible cook, I just want to eat some pre-made meals." Jiang Qingwan really meant she was going to eat by herself.

"That's good, but please don't use our shop's name on it." The manager repeatedly reminded him.

“No problem.” Jiang Qingwan gave a thumbs up. “Since my sister trusts me so much, I would never break the law. It’s just that my cooking is really bad.”

"Okay, okay, I told you because I trust you." The manager nodded frantically. "I'm going back to work now. Goodbye."

Jiang Qingwan added the pre-made food factory as a friend and immediately cleared out two-thirds of its inventory, specifically pointing out that all the near-expiry inventory could be sold to her.

She has a cheat code called "Space," which means that products nearing their expiration date are not affected by their shelf life. By selling them to herself, she can reduce some waste of resources.

The remaining one-third of the pre-cooked food inventory is reserved for others.

Jiang Qingwan kept in mind that sustainable development cannot be achieved by cutting off the source of the problem.

Jiang Qingwan drove home and then took a taxi out again.

Without stopping for a moment.

This is a car rental shop.

"Rent me the biggest van I can find. A new one, and clean one," Jiang Qingwan said to the rental shop employee.

The employee pointed to a white van in the yard and asked, "Is this okay?"

"Wait a moment while I take a look."

Jiang Qingwan opened the car door. There was no odor inside the car, and the interior looked new and clean overall.

"This one will do."

After Jiang Qingwan completed the car rental procedures with the rental staff and paid the deposit and rental fee, she drove directly to the cooperative livestock farm where she had pre-ordered the animal cubs from the farmers' market that morning.

The livestock farm is located in the suburbs of the city, with easy access by road.

Jiang Qingwan parked her car in a parking lot with no empty spaces and headed to the agreed-upon livestock farm.

"Hello, I'm here to buy cubs. I just ordered them this morning." Jiang Qingwan happened to see a staff member going into the factory.

Upon hearing this, the staff member stopped and turned around, saying, "Miss Jiang? The boss has given the instructions."

Jiang Qingwan nodded.

The staff member then said, "Then come with me."

Jiang Qingwan followed behind the staff and walked to a slightly smaller room.

"Look, we've got everything installed. We even turned on the heating to a suitable temperature to ensure the health of every chick. Look at the luster of their feathers." The staff member lifted the black cloth covering the chicks, and the chicks inside immediately started chirping.

The chick was fluffy, and its feathers were indeed soft and shiny.

"Not bad, not bad," Jiang Qingwan commented.

"Then come and inspect them all." The staff member lifted the cloth covering each cage one by one.

“There are 20 pairs of chicks, ducklings, goslings, and rabbits each.”

"10 pairs of piglets, 10 pairs of calves, 10 pairs of lambs, and 10 pairs of donkeys."

"By the way, the fish are in the pond behind. We'll scoop them out and put them in the tank later. There are 20 of each type of edible fish."

The animals all looked very energetic, some even excessively so, with their mouths open, making all sorts of noises.

Suddenly, a cacophony of irregular and noisy chirping rose and fell.

Animals' sixth sense might be a bit ahead of its time.

The staff scooped out the small fish fry and put them in the tank. Jiang Qingwan went over to take a look and felt that they all looked the same. Sure enough, she was not a professional in this field and could not tell them apart at all.

"Let me give you some more, fish aren't easy to raise." The staff scooped in a lot more small fish fry.

"Okay, thank you." Jiang Qingwan accepted happily.

"How should I deliver it to you?" the staff member asked.

"There's a parking lot over there, you can take all your stuff there. I'll move it myself later."

Jiang Qingwan didn't have a courtyard, so it would be strange to transport the items to her residential area or warehouse. Therefore, she planned to find an excuse to secretly stuff them into her space.
