Old John ignored the nigger and after basking in the sun for a while, he led a few dogs back to the farm.
"Take a walk with me, Tony."
Tony followed obediently, half a body length behind the old man, bending over and walking slowly.
"Sometimes I really feel like I'm getting old. I don't have many days left to live. I'll leave the gang's affairs to you young people to worry about."
Tony smiled naively, "What you said is true. You are the backbone of the team. Without you, we would not be able to accomplish anything!"
Old thing, the last person who believed your nonsense had his entire family chopped into pieces by you!
Old John coughed twice again and continued with a smile.
"Gutter rats like us will not have a good end. I often dream of my head being chopped off and my body thrown into the sewer to rot."
He was tired from walking, so he raised his hand and tapped his walking stick. A terrier crawled over and lay on the ground, allowing the old man to sit down.
"When you get older, you tend to lose your fighting spirit. The older I get, the more scared I become. I know this nightmare will become a reality sooner or later."
Tony gave an awkward smile and was thinking about how to flatter him, but Old John had already stood up and continued walking forward.
The farm field path was not easy to walk on, but the old man walked steadily and calmly, while the three dogs were covered in mud.
"The fear almost drove me crazy, and the way I did things became more and more unscrupulous, which led to my bad reputation."
Tony smiled stiffly, "No, you are the person we respect the most."
The black man thought of what the old guy had done. The last time he proposed to leave Joensuu, the second-in-command of the gang took the lead in expressing dissatisfaction.
Then the unlucky youngest son was found in the sewer, and his lover wailed in the dungeon for three days before he died. When his body was found, a layer of skin was already missing.
The bloody scene made Tony afraid to speak loudly for three days.
Old John looked up at the sky without caring. "Perhaps we should be grateful to God. Do you know what the greatest gift this disaster has brought us?"
"Boss, it's chaos."
"Oh, clever Tony, in peacetime we are a group of shady rats, but in a chaotic world, we are hunters."
Old John walked to a warehouse and knocked on the wooden door with his cane. The gang members inside opened the door and bowed to him respectfully.
"I will use Joensuu as our hunting ground and plunge the entire city into complete chaos. We will plunder, kill, burn, and destroy the entire city!"
Old John's voice grew louder and louder, and the entire warehouse echoed with his ambition.
But no one dared to respond to him, whether it was the gang members on the side or the numb men and women in the cage.
On the high platform, a huge circle was drawn with blood, and the unlucky people transported out of the city were locked in a huge cage inside.
Old John waved his hand and looked at the three people covered in mud behind him. "Lock them in too. I'm tired of these three docile idiots."
Several black men came forward with regretful looks on their faces and dragged the three terrified and struggling dogs inside.
The circle drawn in blood emitted a scarlet glow and the whole warehouse was filled with the smell of blood. The blacks retreated in fear, and only Old John walked in slowly.
The crutch tapped rhythmically on the concrete floor. Old John's breathing became heavier and heavier. Blood gradually filled his cloudy pupils and a pair of sharp fangs emerged from his mouth.
With a ripping sound, a pair of huge black bat wings behind him tore open his shirt and slowly unfolded, revealing a bloodless and miserable skin.
A depressing and cold atmosphere enveloped the entire warehouse.
The people in the blood-red circle began to twitch all over, wailing one after another, blood seeped out from the seven orifices and even the skin of the sacrifices, and rose into the air under the pull of an invisible and strange force.
Scarlet blood gushed out and flowed into old John's strange body out of thin air.
The stench of rust filled the entire warehouse, along with wailing and screaming. The horrifying scene was even more eerie and terrifying.
