Chapter 186 What Happened at the Alley (2/2)

Fang Ming was silent for a moment after hearing this, "You will lose a lot of money if you do business like this."

He pulled Tulip to a closed door nearby and knocked on it.

"Don't hide behind the door and eavesdrop. If you don't open the door, I will report you too."

The old wooden door made an unpleasant sound and slowly opened a crack. The woman with a pale and haggard face glanced at Fang Ming and opened the door with some fear.

"Sir, please come in quickly!"

A moment later, the two police officers stood at the entrance of the alley, looking at each other with sullen faces.

"Where are the people?"

"You ask me?"

"You're the one who lost me!"

"Fuck you!"

The two of them quarreled with each other and disappeared into the alley. The power of loss on the wall slowly dissipated and the door reappeared.

The two women pressed against the wooden door, listening nervously to the footsteps gradually fading away, and finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Tulip straightened her messy clothes and looked at the woman with a pale face gratefully, "Thank you for saving me!"

Fang Ming found a chair in the room and sat down, and saw half a piece of toast on the table.

"Don't be polite, we are all in the same industry."

Tulip looked at the two of them in surprise and turned her face away in embarrassment.

The streetwalker looked normal, but she said with some fear,

"You are so brave. It's been a mess here lately. We used to be able to do business only when the gangs were watching over us. But in the past two days, the authorities have been cracking down on gang forces. There are always fights in the alleys, and no one dares to solicit customers."

Tulip lowered her head and stammered, "I don't know... Today is my first day out..."

Fang Ming knocked on the table and looked at the woman with a nasty smile, "If you can't do business, how can you live like this?"

The streetwalker turned around and poured herself a glass of water. She took out two slices of toast from the corner of the cabinet with a distressed look and placed them on a plate. She then placed them in front of Fang Ming with a smile on her face.

"Thank you for your generosity last time. It helped me get through this difficult time. I was actually considering quitting this job. After all, my husband's injury is almost healed..."

Fang Ming nodded and said, "Let's talk about the gangs."

She handed Tulip a small wooden stool, sat on the moldy bed, and sighed.

"It seems that the gang members arrested the students of the college. As a result, the college cooperated with the police to completely eradicate the gangs. Many gang bases in the city were destroyed."

"We no longer dare to do the shady business that relies on their protection. We live in fear of being arrested all day long."

Fang Ming asked, "Aren't those black people going to die?"

"Those guys were desperate and would not sit and wait for death. They set several fires and killed many people in revenge."

The woman shook her head and said gossipingly:

"I heard from Sister Mary that the gang never kidnapped anyone from the academy. They were just set up... Hey, it was the day you took care of my business, sir..."

She stopped talking abruptly and looked at Fang Ming. She seemed to have thought of something in her mind and quickly covered her mouth.

"Sir... I didn't say anything, I didn't say anything..."

Fang Ming looked at her dimly, stood up, and smiled coldly, "It seems that you are quite smart. If that's the case, I can't keep you here."

Before the woman could react, Fang Mingyi had already arrived in front of her and grabbed her neck with his hands.

"No...I won't tell it...Don't kill me..."

The woman's face was full of horror. She grabbed Fang Ming's arm and begged. A black ball was stuffed into her mouth. The fear of death made her eyes widen and tears dripped onto his arm.

Tulip didn't know why Fang Ming suddenly killed her, and she kept backing away from the door trembling.

At this moment, the sound of fighting came from the alley outside the door, which made her freeze in place.
