"I'm warning you! Don't mention her name, and don't even think about threatening me, or don't blame me for being ruthless. Don't think that just because you're Dean Wang's daughter I won't dare to touch you." Li Churan squeezed out these words through gritted teeth.
Wang Siyuan struggled incessantly, making muffled noises, but Li Churan remained unmoved.
"Did you understand?" Li Churan whispered in her ear.
In the extreme oxygen-deprived state, Wang Siyuan felt dizzy and her vision blurred.
Driven by her survival instinct, she tried to beg for mercy, but with her throat choked, she couldn't utter a single complete sentence.
"Oh! I forgot, you can't speak right now. Just nod if you understand!" Li Churan's words were like the ravings of Death, his eyes full of the playful mockery of a cat toying with a mouse.
He knew perfectly well that Wang Siyuan was speechless; he was clearly doing it on purpose, deliberately punishing Wang Siyuan for offending him.
Tears streamed down Wang Siyuan's face as she nodded repeatedly. It was the first time she had ever felt so close to death.
"That's a good girl!" Li Churan looked at the fear on Wang Siyuan's face and withdrew her hand with satisfaction.
Li Churan looked at Wang Siyuan, who was slumped on the ground, and a cruel smile appeared on her lips.
"Get some rest! Remember to apply extra foundation to your neck tomorrow, so no one can tell," Li Churan reminded her before leaving.
“No! I forgot, you’ve already applied enough powder.” Li Churan suddenly remembered, turned around and added, her eyes full of sarcasm.
