Another man said, "But Hongmei Mountain is too low. We are worried that we will be submerged. We need to find supplies to build a temporary boat and take refuge on the nearby Jianding Mountain."
The Sharp Peak is the highest mountain here.
They were from the city. Not surprisingly, the First Base predicted a major flood and moved here in advance. They were numerous and made a lot of noise, so other people in the city noticed them and followed them.
