"Hey kid, who are you? You're acting all sneaky outside our Hua'an refugee camp. What are you up to? If you don't leave, I'm going to shoot."
From the third-floor window, a burly man shouted and raised his pistol, aiming it at Ji Hao.
Ji Hao said without changing his expression, "I came to see Gu Wanqing. She sent me."
The burly man paused for a moment, then put away his gun.
Ji Hao asked, "May I come up?"
The burly man said, "Let's go straight to the third floor."
Ji Hao entered the hotel building and headed towards the third floor, while the big man went to find Gu Wanqing and Dong Xinran, the leader of the Hua'an Refugee Camp.
Ji Hao waited on the third floor for a while before Gu Wanqing came up to greet him.
This mature woman was still beautiful. Although she was wearing thick clothes, her excellent figure was still evident. She was voluptuous and full-figured, with a prominent bust and buttocks, long legs, and the mature charm that a beautiful woman should have.
Upon seeing Ji Hao, Gu Wanqing was clearly extremely excited. She walked towards Ji Hao step by step, her voluptuous body trembling, her slender waist and round, full hips swaying, exuding endless charm.

Beside them, a voluptuous woman with a striking appearance and alluring figure, around thirty-eight years old, coughed lightly and said coldly, "Wanqing, don't forget, you are the woman that the boss has been pursuing. How can you hug other men? If the boss sees you, he will be unhappy."
Gu Wanqing retorted angrily, "He is him, and I am me. I never agreed to be his woman."
The woman said unhappily, "Hmph, some things are not up to you to decide."
Then the woman said, "Besides, you'd better explain yourself. We clearly agreed that your god-sister would come, so why did a man show up? Are you trying to deceive the boss?"
Ji Hao casually made up an excuse: "My sister was supposed to come, but she suddenly felt unwell, so she sent me first. Don't worry, she'll arrive in a few days."
"Hmph!" The woman snorted coldly, clearly displeased.
Ji Hao pulled Gu Wanqing aside and asked in a low voice, "Who is this woman?"
Gu Wanqing whispered, "Her name is Pei Man. She is the lover of Dong Xinran, the leader of the refugee camp. She was also sent by him to monitor me. She lives in the same room as me to prevent me from escaping."
Ji Hao gave Pei Man a meaningful look, a cold smile appearing on his face: "So that's how it is."
Gu Wanqing said, "Recently, the satellite phone has been working, but she's been monitoring me. I had to pretend to call my sister and say I wanted to introduce her to Dong Xinran so that I wouldn't arouse her suspicion. Otherwise, how would I have been able to contact you?"
Ji Hao suddenly realized why he felt Gu Wanqing's words were a bit strange when he received her call; she had been monitored.
Gu Wanqing said, "Dong Xinran has been pursuing me and asking me to be his woman, but I didn't agree. He got angry and said he would only give me three days to consider. If I still didn't agree after three days, he would force me. I had no choice but to contact you."
Ji Hao said, "Didn't I tell you before that I would protect you? Luckily you were decisive. If you had hesitated and Dong Xinran had succeeded, who would I have to cry to?"
Gu Wanqing said, "Actually, I was really hesitant. After all, Dong Xinran is an esper with great strength, and I was worried that he would cause you trouble. Ji Hao felt there was nothing to hide, so he said bluntly, "Yes, one of these two is my enemy, and the other is your enemy. Since I have the ability, of course I'll make them suffer."
"You're so mean," Gu Wanqing said with a laugh.
"How have you survived since the apocalypse began?" Ji Hao asked.
Gu Wanqing sighed and said softly, "During the time when the safe houses were being inspected, there were news reports of natural disasters all over the world. I panicked and wanted to build a safe house for myself. Luckily, I had a best friend in Baichuan City who had the same idea, so we agreed to each pay half the money and live together so we could take care of each other. But before the safe house was even finished, the apocalypse broke out. Sigh, it's all tears when I talk about it."
Ji Hao smiled wryly, "I wanted to pick you up that night, but you told me you were in Baichuan City, so I had to give up."
Gu Wanqing said helplessly, "Yes, I regret it so much now. You didn't pick me up back then, but you reminded me to stock up on supplies in the last bit of time, which I did. I survived in the safe house for a while. Then the neighboring community launched a major attack on our community. Seeing that our community was about to fall, my best friend and I had no choice but to run away. We wandered around for a while and suffered a lot. My best friend even died while saving me. When I was desperate, I met people from the Hua'an Refugee Camp who were out collecting supplies and brought me back. You know what happened after that."
