The factory was in disarray, with generators lying haphazardly, less than half of them remaining, clearly indicating that someone had been there after the apocalypse.
Ji Hao carefully inspected the generators and found that most of them were still usable. So he opened the spatial gate and put all the generators inside.
Just as he finished his work, a group of burly men walked in from another direction of the generator factory. When they saw Ji Hao, they all had fierce looks on their faces and looked like they were not to be trifled with.
"Kid, who are you?" the bald man in the lead asked in a cold voice.
"Just passing by. I was hoping to come in and get a generator, but it's completely empty. What bad luck," Ji Hao said casually. "It's so cold, I'm leaving now."
After saying that, he turned and left.
One of the punk-style guys frowned and said, "Boss, when I came here before, there were generators everywhere. I had to run back to get you guys because I couldn't move them all by myself. But now the whole factory is empty. It's really strange."
Another henchman said, "Could it have been that kid who did it?"
The punk-style guy said, "That's possible. Why don't we just bring him back and ask him?"
The bald man at the head of the group waved his hand and said, "Follow him and grab him."
As they left the generator factory, they spotted a large heavy-duty RV parked in the snow. Its imposing appearance and rugged lines immediately caught everyone's attention.
The bald man's eyes gleamed. This tracked heavy-duty truck was perfect for driving on snow. If he could get his hands on it, it would make collecting supplies much easier in the future.
"Holy crap, even before the apocalypse I've never seen such a powerful RV. It looks like a military truck. If I could drive one around, it would be so awesome."
"Boss, we have to kill that kid and take this car."
"right!"
Without his underlings needing to say a word, the bald man rushed over and blocked the car.
"Kid, get out of the car!" the bald man shouted at Ji Hao, who was inside the heavy truck campervan.
Ji Hao rolled down the car window and said expressionlessly, "I'll count to three. If you still don't move aside, don't blame me for being impolite."
The bald man said menacingly, "You?"
Ji Hao said, "If you don't believe me, just try it!"
The bald man pulled out a pistol, pointed it at Ji Hao, and sneered, "Kid, you recognize this, right?"
Ji Hao scoffed, "Do you think a gun is effective against everyone?"
The bald man laughed loudly, "Kid, you don't think I'm trying to fool you with a fake gun, do you? Fine, since you won't listen, then die."
Just as Ji Hao was about to use his superpower, a bullet suddenly flew out of the RV's firing port, piercing the bald man's forehead, and blood splattered all over the ground.
It was Glasses who fired the gun. This guy is a shooting enthusiast and has won a shooting competition. After getting the gun from Ji Hao, he had always wanted to try it out, and now his wish has finally come true.
At the scene, all the henchmen were stunned, only then realizing that the other side also had guns.
One of the henchmen reacted quickly and tried to pick up the bald man's gun, but another bullet flew by and killed him as well.
In the apocalypse, guns are hard to come by. Among this group, only the bald man has a gun, so their firepower is insufficient. Now that the bald man has met with an accident, they have no choice but to run away.
"Run!"
"Damn, they have guns!"
Bang bang bang!
Glasses kept firing, shooting down his fleeing underlings.
His marksmanship was extremely accurate; with each shot, one of his underlings fell to the ground.
Ji Hao turned around and reminded him, "Glasses, leave one alive."
"Okay." Glasses responded, pulling the trigger repeatedly until only one of the enemy remained.
Ji Hao got out of the car, grabbed the remaining henchman, and asked, "Where are you staying?"
The younger brother pleaded in a trembling voice, "Big brother, spare me! Please, let me go!"
Snap!
The man with glasses slapped the other man across the face and shouted, "My boss is asking you a question!"
The younger man quickly replied, "At a gas station nearby."
Ji Hao was delighted and then asked, "How many people are left inside?"
The younger brother said, "It's only the boss and his woman."
Ji Hao asked, "Do you have a gun?"
The younger brother nodded quickly: "Yes, yes, but not many bullets."
Ji Hao asked warily, "Does the other party possess some kind of superpower?"
The younger brother looked blankly at him and said, "What superpower? He's just an ordinary person."
Ji Hao then asked, "Is there plenty of gas at the gas station?"
The younger brother answered truthfully, "A lot."
Ji Hao pulled his underling into the car, grinned, and said, "Alright, take me there."
Not long after, Ji Hao drove his RV to the gas station.
The younger brother pleaded, "Big brother, I've brought you here, can you please let me go?"
Ji Hao waved his hand impatiently and said, "Fine, you can go now."
The younger brother quickly jumped out of the car, a shadow of gloom appearing in his eyes. He needed to hurry back, tell the boss the news, and then take over the RV and the woman inside, and have his way with her!
Bang!!
An invisible spatial hand slammed down, turning the underling into a meat patty.
He died.
Ji Hao would not show mercy when facing enemies.
The man with glasses said, "Boss, I'll go in with you."
Ji Hao thought for a moment and nodded, "Okay, but you have to follow behind me, and you also have to wear a bulletproof vest and a helmet."
"No problem," Glasses said as he put on his gear.
As soon as the two arrived outside the lounge, they heard a series of sounds, clearly indicating that a couple was doing something naughty inside.
The man with glasses looked embarrassed and whispered, "Boss, it seems we came at the wrong time and interrupted their good time."
