Chapter 77 This mission, they really want her dead!

It's done!

Jiang Chan fell to the ground, clutching her throat and coughing hysterically, her chest heaving violently, each breath carrying the stench of blood.

She looked up, her vision blurred by tears, but she clearly saw the undisguised greed and lingering desire on Zhao Mang's face.

His bloodshot eyes were now fixed on her, no longer looking at a piece of trash, but at a peerless treasure exuding a deadly allure!

It burns with a naked, undisguised possessiveness!

Jiang Chan was breathing heavily, but a slight smile appeared on her lips from an angle that Zhao Mang couldn't see.

Is the first bite of this 'honey' sweet enough?

...

Jiang Chan lay on the bed, feeling a hollow, soreness in her bones.

Moonlight streamed in through the broken window, illuminating her pale, paper-like face. The image of Zhao Mang's wolfish gaze, sticky and greedy, still lingered in her mind.

"It's done." She sneered inwardly.

The first fish took the bait.

Sure enough, before dawn the next day, the door was slammed violently, causing dust to fall from the roof beams.

"Junior Sister! Open the door! It's time for cultivation!" It was Zhao Mang's rough, hoarse voice, filled with impatience and irritation.

Jiang Chan struggled to get up and slowly moved over to open the door. As soon as the door opened a crack, a large hand grabbed the door panel and pushed it open violently, almost knocking her over.

Zhao Mang's tall figure blocked the doorway, backlit, casting a shadow that exuded an oppressive aura.

Without even glancing at Jiang Chan's staggering figure, he strode into her room, which was hardly better than a woodshed.

"Hurry, hurry, hurry! I feel like my bottleneck is loosening today, I'm just one step away from success!" Zhao Mang sat cross-legged on the only tattered futon in the room, his eyes shining as he stared at Jiang Chan as if she were a hot, juicy piece of meat. "What are you all standing there for? Come here!"

Jiang Chan lowered her eyes, concealing the cold light within them, and slowly walked over to him, sitting down opposite him and extending her slender wrist.

Zhao Mang grabbed her hand impatiently, with such force that it seemed he wanted to crush her bones.

The familiar, nauseating suction immediately came, more ferocious and greedy than yesterday.

A sharp pain instantly swept through her body. Jiang Chan let out a muffled groan, her body trembling uncontrollably.

She could feel her already weak spiritual power surging towards Zhao Mang like a floodgate being opened.
