"Oh? That's pretty fast."
Tyr was in a good mood when he saw Nanzhu return.
Nan Zhu observed his surroundings calmly. No one showed any unusual expression. Even Shi Yin just lowered her eyelashes and stared at the bottom of the pit without saying a word.
He had been entangled with arrogance for a long time, yet no one noticed. So, did arrogance just pause time in the entire world?
Thinking back to the scene where he was seriously injured and then healed simply by arrogance waving his hand, Nanzhu still felt lingering fear.
"Let's put the beacon here," Shi Yin said, extending her hand.
When facing Shi Yin, Nan Zhu couldn't help but feel a pang in his heart, but Shi Yin just looked at him calmly, her eyes expressionless, as if nothing had really happened.
If even Tokine can be fooled, just how strong is Pride?
Nan Zhu calmly handed over the beacon in his hand.
A wisp of barely perceptible black mist emerged from Nan Zhu's shadow.
"Watch out!" Tyr exclaimed in alarm, his height instantly doubling. He uttered just two words, but the last syllable was uttered with an unusually hoarse roar.
His hair grew longer, making him look just like a brown bear. As his limbs stretched out, a gust of wind howled, and those who were close by were sent flying backward uncontrollably, but they were completely unable to dispel the wisp of smoke.
With a clang of metal, Shi Yin gripped her gun with both hands in front of her chest to block the upward thrust of the arrogant sword.
The two appeared to be evenly matched in strength. Shi Yin took two steps back and regained her balance, twirling her spear in a beautiful flourish, seemingly with ease.
Upon seeing this, the arrogant man transformed his katana into a heavy sword in the blink of an eye. Without pausing, he flipped his wrists and wielded the heavy sword with both hands, swinging it upwards almost leaving a blur.
Shi Yin jumped back a few steps to narrowly dodge, but saw Ao Man swing his heavy sword, almost creating a whirlwind, which came crashing down from above with great force. Shi Yin frowned slightly, turned to the side, and the tip of her spear struck the side of the blade. There was another crisp sound, and the two separated, this time appearing in the sky.
"Perhaps I should change my strategy and kill you right away." Arrogantly leaped up and slashed with both hands, entangled tightly with Shi Yin.
"Regretted it? Then why don't you do it?" Shi Yin gritted her teeth and directly deflected the arrogant spear.
It's clear that Pride isn't skilled with such powerful weapons. Every time he swings the greatsword, he uses the greatsword itself to propel his body and generate momentum to strike. In reality, he can't wield the greatsword with complete ease.
The two collided and separated in the sky, then collided again, fighting fiercely and inseparable.
Each clang of metal made the eardrums of those below ache. There were no cool superpowers, but the sparks from the clash of their swords were so dazzling that it was impossible to look directly at them.
However, Shi Yin knew that she was no match for Arrogance now; having obtained the memories, she had become weaker.
The more you memorize, the greater the influence on time sounds.
The memory of over a thousand times was just enough to keep Shion at her peak and prevent her from being affected by the memories. But now, Shion has obtained all the memories, yet she can barely suppress the chaotic and noisy feeling, which greatly affects Shion's strength.
However, Tokine could also see that the power of arrogance was not perfect.
The two disabled people were unwilling to give in to each other, competing to see who was better.
Finally, they parted ways once again. Arrogance could barely hold the heavy greatsword, and it was eventually replaced by the lighter katana.
"There's no point in you challenging me to a fight for no reason and wasting my strength." Shi Yin flicked her wrist, and the double-headed spear twirled beautifully in her hand: "You can't kill me until you get all the power."
"Heh, you seem to know me quite well." Arrogance breathed slightly. "But it's only two left, and you seem to know everything about it."
“I told you, I am the terminal.” Shi Yin’s expression remained unchanged: “You will never be able to beat me.”
"Shut up!" Arrogant's face darkened, and he slashed at me again: "You think I can't beat you, so you want to stop me? Ridiculous. No one can stop me until I've walked this path to its end."
“Me too.” Shi Yin gripped the gun barrel tightly, refusing to back down an inch: “I’ll go all the way down this path, let’s just go first and talk about it later.”
"Shut up!" Arrogance seemed extremely irritable. He flicked his sword away from Shi Yin, and with a wave of his right hand, a huge meteorite appeared out of thin air and crashed down on the people below.
At the same time, Arrogance pressed down with his left hand, and everyone except Tyr felt as if they were weighed down by a thousand pounds, and they were unable to dodge.
"Tyr, pull back!"
Just as Tyr was about to unleash his power to shatter the meteorite, he suddenly heard Shi Yin's command. Although his judgment was that it was about fighting and attacking, he still subconsciously listened to Shi Yin's words.
But then Shi Yin's expression hardened, and the spear in her hand emitted a dazzling golden light. Her target was not arrogance, but the earth.
Shi Yin gritted her teeth, seemingly unleashing her full power, and charged her spear fiercely towards the ground beneath her!
The power of this shot was extremely restrained, yet it was only a tiny bit of power leaking out from between the fingers, which made even Tyr feel a chill in his heart.
Such concentrated, restrained, and powerful force—is this shot meant to pierce right through the Earth?!
Even though he was wearing a white jade mask, everyone could tell that Arrogance's expression was definitely not good; at least his current actions proved that he was panicking.
The meteorite that was originally hurtling towards the crowd, trailing flames and light, veered off course and crashed head-on into the golden spear. With a wave of his arrogant left hand, the power that had suppressed the crowd was transformed into a purple beam of light, which collided with the golden light.
The world fell silent for a moment.
Everything seemed to freeze at this moment.
A huge silver rift was torn open in the air, and this spatial rift was like the gaping maw of a giant beast, swallowing them all before the forces collided and exploded.
Before the crack healed, everyone heard a muffled sound coming from within it. Even though they couldn't see what was happening, they could feel the surrounding space suddenly begin to shake erratically, and the light seemed to degrade and become unstable, like a frame-dropped animation.
And what stopped all this destruction was arrogance?
Is this guy trying to destroy the world?
"I thought you were trying your best not to go mad, but now it seems you're even mader than me." The arrogant man spat: "Madman, are you trying to destroy the earth?"
"I thought you would know me as well as I know you. I'm not very talented; my greatest strength is fighting to the death." In Shi Yin's cold eyes, everyone could see that everything she said was true.
"Don't be so ruthless, Arrogance. Everyone needs to have some fun so this game can continue." Shi Yin stood in the air, looking down from above. At this moment, it seemed as if she was the one who should be arrogant.
Arrogant, disdainful, cold, and disdainful of others.
It's like, "I played with you before because I was in a good mood, but I didn't really care about you. I was just teasing a kid."
"Arrogance! You can only play against me slowly with your chips. You overturned my chess box, so I smashed the chessboard."
"Can't afford to play? Then none of us should play."
