The laboratory was flashing red lights wildly, and a piercing alarm sounded. Helmod practically leaped out of bed, outrunning all the sprinting researchers, and smashed open the laboratory door.
"Sound!" This was the first time everyone had seen Helmod's expression change so drastically, and the first time they had seen what this so-called exclusive experimental subject looked like.
A large hole was torn in the huge cylindrical petri dish. The so-called experimental subject was wrapped in a thin black cloak, and his fair skin was cut by glass shards but healed quickly.
The IV tube connected to her spine behind her was snapped, and different colored solutions spilled all over the floor. She looked up, her long, dark hair covering half of her eye.
Her expression was indifferent, her skin had an unusual, sickly whiteness, and her eyes were devoid of emotion, causing the researchers to involuntarily take a step back.
"Yin, what's wrong with you?" Helmod shoved the researcher blocking the door out, pulled the door open, and slammed it shut.
