As she spoke, a trace of confusion appeared on Talia's face.
Li Lin guessed what she was thinking and said softly, "Don't worry, Azir is really not what you think he is. He can definitely be called a wise ruler."
"I hope so."
Talia nodded, then walked out of the settlement gate side by side with Li Lin.

"Quick, go inform the chief of your tribe and have him evacuate the women, children, and the elderly. Then have all the able-bodied men take up arms and prepare to fight the enemy!"
The two guards stared at Li Lin who was shouting at them with dull expressions, and for a moment they couldn't react to what was going on.

Seeing them hesitating, Li Lin couldn't help but raise his voice, "Why are you still standing there? Do you want to sit there and wait for those people to rush into your settlement and burn, kill, and loot?!"
