Liu Decheng was very surprised by Zhou Bin's attitude. He was actually very worried, but Zhou Bin didn't seem to care at all. He didn't know what to say and had to leave.

After a while, there was a sudden noise outside and Liu Decheng ran in with a nervous look on his face.
As soon as he entered the room, he said to Zhou Bin: "City Lord, it's bad, the two messengers broke in!"
When Bailong and Xiaobao heard this, they stood up immediately. These two people were so arrogant that they dared to break in.
Zhou Bin looked calm and said with a smile: "Oh? They broke in? Very good, let them in!"
Liu Decheng was about to turn around and leave when two people walked into the room.
Zhou Bin sat upright on a chair, with Bai Long and Xiao Bao sitting on either side of him, and none of them spoke.
After the two messengers broke into the room, they saw Zhou Bin sitting on a chair at a glance.
Zhou Bin drank his tea leisurely without even raising his eyelids.
The two men stared at Zhou Bin for a while, and one of the tall men immediately asked loudly: "Are you the new city lord?"
Zhou Bin said with a relaxed look: "Yes, who are you? How dare you barge in without notifying me?"
The tall man was stunned for a moment, and immediately said: "Since you are the city lord, you should know that we are from Baixuan City. How dare you make us wait for you for so long! This is really unreasonable!"
Another short man also said, "City Lord Zhou, according to the rules, you have to prepare the tribute. Why haven't you handed it in yet?"
Zhou Bin took a sip of tea and said with a smile: "Why are you Bai Xuancheng so overbearing? Why should I pay tribute to you?"
The two looked at each other in surprise, and then the tall one said, "You are the new city lord. Don't you know that your Bailing City had to pay tribute to our city lord every year?"
Zhou Bin shook his head and smiled: "I don't know, do you know?"
As he spoke, Zhou Bin looked back at Bai Long and Xiao Bao and asked with a smile.
Bai Long immediately said loudly: "I don't know either. I have never heard of such an unreasonable thing!"
Xiao Bao even shouted: "What kind of bullshit rule is this? We won't pay tribute to him!"
Zhou Bin saw that Bai Long and Xiao Bao were very angry, and said with a smile: "Did you hear that? This kind of thing is not reasonable at all. Let's go quickly, otherwise you will get yourself into trouble!"
The two looked at Zhou Bin in surprise, thinking that this boy was really young and had no idea of his own limitations.
The tall messenger immediately said, "City Lord, I have to tell you that this matter was agreed upon by City Lord Shangguan before, and it cannot be easily changed."

The two men didn't expect Zhou Bin to speak so bluntly, and their faces changed at that moment.
The tall man said incredulously, "City Lord, so you don't intend to abide by our rules?"
Zhou Bin smiled and said, "That's right, you guys should leave quickly, otherwise I will get angry!"
The short man said threateningly, "City Lord, you better think about it. If we go back, things won't be so simple."
Zhou Bin was originally smiling, but upon hearing his words, he immediately stared at him and asked, "Oh? What do you want to do after you go back?"
When the tall man saw Zhou Bin's change of attitude, he immediately said, "City Lord, you are a smart man. The reason why you pay tribute every year is because we, the city lord, are protecting you. If you don't pay tribute, it will be hard to say."
"Yes, the mayors of several surrounding cities are eyeing you covetously. If you don't want to be in deep danger, I advise you not to do so." The short man said with a smile.
Bai Long was a straightforward person. When he saw that the two men were threatening him, he got angry and said immediately, "Get lost! I just don't want to pay tribute to you. What can you do about it?"
"That's right, get out of here now and don't force us to fight!" Xiaobao was also angry.
The two men didn't expect the two children to be so presumptuous, and their faces looked unhappy.
The tall man said, "How dare you speak to us like that, kid! How dare you speak to us like that!"
Zhou Bin smiled and said, "We always talk like this, what's wrong?"
The two looked at each other and seemed to have made a decision.
The tall man shouted, "City Lord, you are so presumptuous today! We must report this to City Lord Chu!"
"That's right, you can go and explain to City Lord Chu when the time comes! Goodbye!" said the short man and turned away.
The tall man glanced at Bailong and Xiaobao, then left with an angry look on his face.
Zhou Bin smiled and said, "Okay, I'll wait for City Lord Chu to come find me."
The two men walked out of the house with angry faces.
Liu Decheng was sweating as he watched from the side. He couldn't believe that the city lord had actually offended two envoys. This was going to be troublesome!
He said with a worried look on his face: "City Lord, the two of them are really angry this time. I guess they will report to City Lord Chu when they return. What should we do?"
