"Why is this?" Zhou Jianren asked in surprise with his eyes wide open.
"Why? The factory director's nephew is coming and he's going to replace me, but I'm not a regular employee! Damn it!" Zhou Kai cursed fiercely.
"Aren't they bullying me? You have worked here for several years and have made contributions even if you haven't worked hard. Why should they let you go?" Zhou Jianren asked unwillingly.
Zhou Kai was indignant: "Why? Because my dad is not a factory director! My dad is just a farmer!"
Zhou Jianren was stunned: "What are you talking about?"
Zhou Kai was furious: "What else can you do except lying on the kang and listening to opera all day long! I help my kids make a living all day long, but you wait for me to support you! Now you are out of luck!"
Zhou Jianren was so angry at the scolding that he immediately scolded, "How can you talk to your father like that? Are you going to be beaten?"
Zhou Kai turned his head and said, "Go ahead and hit me. Just beat me to death! Anyway, I have nothing to do now. It would be better if I died!"
"You rebellious son! I will beat you to death!" Zhou Jianren said as he was about to attack, but was stopped by Liu Ailing who heard the noise and ran into the room.
"His dad, what are you doing? The kid finally comes back, why are you hitting him?" Liu Ailing looked distressed.
Zhou Jianren said angrily: "Don't you complain about your second child not coming back all day? Now it's good, he doesn't have to leave anymore!"
Liu Ailing was surprised when she heard this and asked, "What did you say?"
Zhou Jianren then told Liu Ailing about Zhou Kai's expulsion. When Liu Ailing heard this, she started to howl: "Oh my God! How could you do this to my child? He is the pillar of our family!"
As she spoke she cried and howled, making people's ears buzz.
Soon, the eldest son Zhou Ming, the third son Zhou Xing, and their wives and children all arrived.
When everyone heard the news, they were all stunned.
