Chapter 470 Don’t Look Back (7)

"Yanxi? Feng Yanxi?"

Yan Xi heard someone calling him in a daze. He opened his eyes and saw Xiang Heng. He pushed him away in fear and stood up quickly, "Don't come over here!"

Xiang Heng, who was pushed away unexpectedly, leaned against the wall and looked at him with a frown, "Yan Xi, what's wrong with you?"

"I, I...eh?" Yan Xi touched his intact leg, stunned, and looked at Xiang Heng in front of him.

The man had a ruddy complexion and an indifferent expression, completely different from the temperament of Xiang Heng just now.

It seems to be true.

Yan Xi covered his chest and gasped for breath, "Where did you go just now?"

Xiang Heng's expression stiffened for a moment, he lowered his eyes, and didn't tell the truth, "I just went to the bathroom."

"Really?" Yan Xi expressed some doubt.

Xiang Heng nodded, his expression serious: "Really."

Yan Xi relaxed, "That's good."

Xiang Heng asked, "Where are Leng Xingqi, Su Mo, and the others?"

Yan Xi looked around and saw that they were the only two people in the corridor. "I, I don't know either."

Xiang Heng nodded thoughtfully. "When I found you, you had fainted. Are you okay?"

"No...right." Yan Xi wanted to cry inside.

Not a shit!

Can I say that there's a ghost dressed up as you trying to chop off my legs?

It is better to remain silent if there is no substantial evidence. It would be bad if you treat him as a psychopath.

Xiang Heng looked at him, was silent for a moment, and held out his hand. "For safety's sake, I'll take you back to the house to rest."

Yan Xi looked at this face, still worried, and did not move closer, nor did he put his hand on it, "Okay."

Seeing this, Xiang Heng folded his five fingers and narrowed his eyes, "Follow me."

Yan Xi followed behind him, not daring to get too close, nor too far away.

As we walked, all the lights in the villa suddenly came on.

Yan Xi was startled and almost bumped into Xiang Heng.

Xiang Heng paused and looked back at him, "Don't be afraid, it must be Leng Xingqi and the others who turned on the lights."

Yan Xi nodded in fear.

The corridor was brightly lit, and Yan Xi felt less afraid.

When I returned to the living room on the first floor, I found that the others were already sitting there. I saw them coming back.

Leng Xingqi hurried forward, "What happened to you two? We agreed to leave together, how come you two disappeared in the blink of an eye? We searched the villa everywhere but couldn't find you two. Where did you go?"

Yan Xi opened her mouth to speak, but Xiang Heng spoke first, "I went to the bathroom on the way, and when I came back I saw him fainted in the corridor. We looked for you together, but we didn't see you. Maybe we accidentally missed each other."

"Yan Xi fainted?" Xiong Yuanke looked him up and down. "How do you feel now? Are you dizzy?"

Yan Xi shook his head.

Chen Menglai frowned, "Maybe it's too hot today and you have a mild heat stroke. Go up and rest early, don't force yourself."

Yan Xi: "Okay."

"In that case, let's all go back to bed. We've been traveling all day and must be exhausted. It won't be too late to explore again tomorrow."

Everyone responded and went back to their rooms.

Xiang Heng called Yan Xi and they went upstairs together.

Arriving at the door of Yanxi's room, Xiang Heng looked down at him and said, "If you have anything, remember to come find me next door."

Yan Xi nodded obediently: "Yeah, okay."

Seeing him so well-behaved, Xiang Heng couldn't help but raise his hand to touch his head, but the moment he touched his hair, he felt a sharp pain.

Xiang Heng endured the pain and calmly withdrew his hand, "Good night."

"Good night." Yan Xi watched him walk over, touched his head with some surprise, and then entered the room.

As soon as I entered, the cold air hit me in the face.

During the day, Yan Xi felt cool and normal, but now... to be honest, he was a little afraid that there might be a ghost living in here.

Yan Xi turned on the light, shivering and hugging his arms, looking around, "System, can you help me see if there is anything unlucky in this room?"

"Okay." System 5555 scanned it and said, "Everything is normal."

After hearing this, Yan Xi felt relieved and went into the bathroom to brush his teeth and wash up.

After brushing his teeth, he squeezed out the facial cleanser, bent down to lather and massage his face for five minutes. After rinsing, he raised his hand and groped for the face towel on the shelf.

Very smooth.

I can feel it with just one touch, without any effort.

Yan Xi wiped his face, raised his head, wrung out the face towel, and prepared to hang it up again.

However, he was stunned.

The hook was so far away that he couldn't reach it with just his outstretched arm, so he had to move a few steps.

So...why did he touch it just now?

Thinking of what happened in the corridor, Yan Xi felt a chill down his spine. He quickly hung up his face towel, took off his shoes, got into bed, and wrapped himself tightly. After a few seconds, he slowly stuck his head out and confirmed that nothing was wrong. He first turned on the desk lamp and then turned off the crystal chandelier above his head. His eyes were wide open, not daring to sleep.

But he was tired after a day of work, and he couldn't resist the sleepiness that came over him, and his eyelids gradually became heavy.

The moment I fell asleep, the desk lamp flickered and turned off automatically.

The quilt on Yan Xi's right side was suspended in the air, and the next moment, the bed surface sank and the quilt fell down.

Yan Xi, who was sleeping, suddenly felt a chill on his back.

As time went by, the cold air was about to freeze him. Yan Xi frowned, his teeth chattered, and he was woken up by the cold in the middle of the night.

He reached back to feel for his quilt, trying to pull it tighter, but found that he couldn't pull it up.

Yan Xi realized something, turned around stiffly, and looked back cautiously, but was caught off guard by a pair of scarlet eyes.
