Ji Bohan hid himself, and Yan Xi watched him disappear. His muscles, which had been stiff from the cold, gradually warmed up. He wrapped himself tightly in his quilt and slowly fell asleep in the warmth.
Shallow breathing sounds were heard in the room.
Ji Bohan walked out and stood in front of the table opposite the bed. He looked at the person on the bed, lowered his eyes to glance at his hands, and pursed his thin lips tightly.
With a dong, the pendulum clock in the living room rang.
It's already two o'clock in the morning.
Along with the bell, a series of thudding sounds came from the corridor.
It looked like someone had rolled down the stairs.
It rolled over and over again, making a lot of noise.
When Yan Xi heard the sound while sleeping, he frowned, instinctively turned over and covered his ears tightly.
Seeing this, Ji Baihan, who was sitting on the sofa and secretly playing with his mobile phone, had a cold look on his face.
He put down his phone, stood up and walked out without any obstruction, came to the stairwell on the third floor, and looked down at the male ghost in the corridor who was repeatedly performing the stair rolling.
The male ghost's face was pale and he looked dazed. Blood was constantly flowing from his head, and his upper body clothes were stained red with blood. He mechanically rolled down the stairs, and with a thud, he started all over again. However, this time, Ji Bohan stepped on his body, his eyes sharp, "Do you want to be reduced to ashes? Be quiet for this young master."
The evil spirit on him was too strong. The demented male ghost trembled uncontrollably, twitching in pain all over his body, and begged for mercy mechanically: "I won't dare to do it again, I won't dare to do it again."
Ji Bohan kicked him and looked at him coldly, "Get lost."
Upon hearing this, the male ghost instantly disappeared from sight and silence returned to the corridor.
Seeing this, the female ghost on the ceiling with disheveled hair and a bloody belly began to retreat.
The bloody baby on the chandelier hid in fear behind the female ghost.
Ji Bohan narrowed his eyes and said expressionlessly, "You are not allowed to go up to the third floor."
As soon as these words were spoken, the female ghost quickly crawled away holding the baby.
Seeing this, Ji Bohan withdrew his gaze with satisfaction, walked slowly back to the room where Yan Xi was, picked up his phone again and started to explore.
…
Room 6.
Shu Yan was sleeping when she felt the urge to urinate. She got up in a daze and went to the toilet. After that, she started to wash her hands. Suddenly, the lights went out. She looked up in confusion and caught a glimpse of a disheveled, bloody figure in the corner above her.
She was shocked and looked back suddenly, but there was nothing.
She turned around, patted her cheeks in the mirror on the sink, and said to herself, "I must be still asleep and have an illusion."
As soon as he finished speaking, in the mirror, a bloody baby with a strange smile was lying on the chandelier in the room.
Shu Yan was so frightened that her legs went weak and she screamed, "There's a ghost! There's a ghost!"
Hearing the sound, Su Mo from next door came over and knocked on the door, her voice full of sleepiness, "Shu Yan, what's wrong with you? What happened?"
When Shu Yan heard her voice, she seemed to have found support. She quickly ran to the door, opened it, pointed into the room, and cried, "I saw a ghost!"
Su Mo looked up and saw that the toilet was pitch black. She turned on the light speechlessly and said, "You didn't even turn on the light. You must have seen it wrongly."
Shu Yan looked at the empty toilet, feeling terrified. She said with a pale face, "No, I turned it on, and the light went out by itself."
Su Mo patted her shoulder and yawned. "You must have seen it wrong. Don't scare yourself. Sometimes the human brain can deceive itself."
Shu Yan: "But..."
"Go back to sleep. I'm so sleepy. I'll go back first." Su Mo put on her slippers and walked back to her room.
Shu Yan hugged her hands tightly in fear. After thinking for a while, she hurried downstairs to find Room 8 and knocked on the door. She looked around while waiting, afraid of seeing the ghost again.
After a while, the person inside said impatiently: "Who is it? Why aren't you sleeping in the middle of the night?"
Shu Yan cried and said, "Yuan Ke, it's me, Shu Yan, please open the door quickly. I'm so scared alone."
A few seconds later, the door opened. Xiong Yuanke rubbed his eyes and looked at her sleepily, "What's wrong with you?"
Shu Yan saw him and threw herself into his arms, her voice trembling, "Yuan Ke, I, I just saw ghosts, two of them. One was a long-haired female ghost with her stomach ripped open, and the other was a bloody baby. It was really scary."
Xiong Yuanke frowned when he heard this. "What the hell? Isn't this the ghost story Ouyang told? You must have had a nightmare because of what he said."
"But...but it's really true." Shu Yan choked out.
Looking at the pitiful woman in his arms, Xiong Yuanke's Adam's apple rolled slightly and he hugged her tightly, "It's okay, you can sleep in the same room with me tonight."
"Okay." Shu Yan sniffed and said softly.
The two entered the room and closed the door.
But I didn't see the big and small figures on the ceiling of the corridor.
