Chapter 55, Level 2

If it were that guy, what would he do?

The two-winged tiger was deep in thought, and its eyes gradually began to gleam.

It revealed its claws, flapped its wings, creating a blue whirlwind, and charged towards the ten puppets.

A perfect domination in terms of power, speed, and agility.

It tore nine of the puppets to pieces as if playing a game, and even knocked the weapon away from the last one.

Despite having its weapons knocked away, the puppet continued to charge toward its target as originally programmed, seemingly resigned to its fate.

The two-winged tiger flapped its wings, creating a gust of wind that blew the puppet away. It landed, charged again, and was blown away once more...

The two-winged tiger seemed to have discovered something interesting. Sometimes it would run behind the puppet and blow it away before it could turn around, and other times it would pin the puppet to the ground with its claws and watch it struggle desperately.

The resentment I had accumulated from being bullied these past few days suddenly dissipated, and I felt inexplicably relieved.

No wonder that guy enjoys bullying them so much!

On the other side, the black bear also opened the door to a new world, disassembling the puppets' hands, feet, and heads and reassembling them.

After breaking two of them, it finally figured out how to play with them.

As long as the core of the body is not damaged, the hands, feet, and head can all be disassembled and reassembled at will.

My mood inexplicably brightened!

The tiger and the bear were having a great time playing together.

Su Qing also entered the second floor, which was almost identical to the first floor, only larger, with the same black brick floor and completely enclosed space.

In the center of the second level, a black figure swayed, as ethereal as a ghost.

The person was shrouded in a black robe, with only a pair of cold blue eyes visible. There was a hint of surprise in their eyes, and their slightly hoarse voice echoed throughout the room: "I never expected that the first person to come here after my master perished three hundred years ago would be a little dragon cub!"

Su Qing was a little unhappy. Did this person even know how to speak?

Little Dragon is one thing, but what the heck is this kid?

Don't you know you'll get beaten up for talking like that?

Seeing the obvious displeasure on that face, the black-robed ghost cackled, "But don't you feel it's inappropriate for a dragon to come to the ruins of a human knight?"

Su Qing glanced sideways at the black-robed ghost. He didn't think there was anything wrong with it. The so-called exploration of ruins was actually just grave robbing.

These ruins are the tombs of high-ranking knights and mages who died, containing the legacies they left behind before their deaths.

It also implies the continuation of one's own legacy; otherwise, this place would be a dead zone that is impossible to enter.

"What's wrong with it?"

Su Qing retorted, her expression indignant: "Who says dragons can't be knights? Haven't you heard of dragon knights? How can you engage in such racial discrimination? When will our dragon race be able to stand up for ourselves!"

The black-robed ghost remained silent. Does "dragon knight" mean a dragon becoming a knight?

"Since our master has allowed you to enter, he will naturally not treat you differently. However, if you want to obtain our master's inheritance, you will need to get past me first!"

The black-robed ghost coldly scrutinized Su Qing, a mocking smile playing on his lips: "Since you're still just a young dragon, I'll use the physical attributes of a full-fledged knight."

"If you can defeat me, you can go to the third level!"

As the sound faded, a puppet rose from somewhere on the ground. It resembled the puppets on the first floor, was about three meters tall, and was made of even better materials.

The black phantom disappeared into the puppet, and the black gem that replaced the puppet's eyes lit up, making it appear exceptionally lively.

As the black phantom adapted to the body, Su Qing, seeing this, realized that she might have misunderstood it.

This guy is obviously going easy on me, he's such a good person!

Seemingly sensing the strange gaze, the puppet let out a mechanical, grinding laugh: "Don't misunderstand, I'm not comparable to those rigid fellows below. My combat experience allows me to unleash power beyond my level. For example, those puppets equivalent to formal knights, I can control this body to take on thirty of them simultaneously, and I can guarantee they won't be injured. If I have a sharp weapon, I can even keep the fight going for half an hour..."

The puppet made a chattering sound, as if it hadn't spoken to anyone in a long time. This guy seemed very talkative, and it felt like he was going to reveal everything.

Su Qing was getting impatient. He needed to hurry up and get the treasures from the later floors. He stretched out his claw and slapped the puppet's head off: "Does this count as clearing the level?"

The space fell silent. The black ghost stared at the puppet head on the ground, unsure whether it should pick it up.

"No, I also possess combat abilities, and..."

Before the black phantom could finish speaking, Su Qing smashed half of the puppet's body with another claw.

"And now?"

"Can't you fucking let me finish what I have to say?"

The black phantom roared.

He quickly took a deep breath and calmed himself down: "I underestimated you. Your strength far surpasses that of a regular knight. Then I'll use the body of a Grand Knight!"

Another body rose from the ground, the black phantom merging with the puppet.

"Okay, I..."

The three words had barely left his lips when Su Qing smashed the body to pieces with a single claw. Looking at the black phantom, not wanting to listen to its nonsense, he asked, "Can I go over now?"

I underestimated you!

Undeterred, the black phantom rose from the ground and merged with it...

"This time..."

Su Qing smashed the puppet to pieces with another claw strike, then looked at the black phantom and gave it a knowing look.

"You've cleared the game!"

The black ghost turned and left, feeling that this guy had gone too far.
