Battle over, clean up the battlefield!
This time, the harvest was ten times greater than before.
After all the data was tallied, Duke Gula stared at the incredible number of over 100,000 battle merits and fell into deep thought.
One defensive line achieved a record several times higher than the others. Does that dragon have so many capable people under his command?
"Is there a problem with the statistics?"
It's not that he doesn't trust his subordinates; it's just that it's hard to imagine.
Before the person in charge of tallying the battle achievements could speak, the burly man next to him spoke first: "I do know what happened. When I went to provide support, I saw some things!"
"On the city wall defense line under the command of that black dragon, there were many dark iron lumps that could shoot iron balls. The iron balls were filled with steel nails, and when they exploded, they were extremely destructive."
Duke Gula's eyes lit up upon hearing the burly man's account.
A weapon with high destructive power?
If what his men say is true, then this could have a significant impact on the upcoming battles.
With a surge of emotion, Duke Gula immediately stood up: "Come with me and take a look!"
Stepping out of the camp, a blue light shimmered beneath my feet, and the profound meaning of the hurricane emerged.
Duke Gula, who couldn't wait, used his fastest speed.
However, when he arrived at the 53rd defense line, he saw a scene that slightly surprised him.
Su Qing sat on the recliner, opening his mouth to eat the fruit that the two girls next to him offered to him.
The two dragons had their hind legs crossed, and a boy behind them was holding a parasol.
In front of him, the old fox sat behind a table, in front of which were a large group of people.
These were all commanders of other defense lines who came to place orders after learning about the power of the magic cannon.
The old fox wrote furiously, recording the quantities and names of the forces they needed.
Su Qing ate a bite of melon on her left and a piece of fruit on her right, watching the old fox busy himself with sweat dripping from his forehead, and couldn't help but sigh: "How boring!"
As I was squinting, I suddenly felt a shadow loom over me.
Su Qing opened her eyes, looked at the man in front of her, and after a brief moment of surprise, smiled broadly: "Oh! Isn't this His Excellency the Duke?"
In an instant, the dragon sprang up from the recliner, grinning as it approached, feigning ignorance and asking, "With your high-ranking position, do you have time to come to my little place?"
Duke Gula looked at him for a long time before speaking: "Has anyone ever told you that you deserve a beating?"
His previously speechless expression gradually turned serious: "This duke has something to discuss with you!"
Su Qing nodded: "Go ahead and speak!"
He didn't care, but the others around him wisely kept their distance.
Duke Gula ignored them and instead turned his gaze to the strangely shaped magic cannons: "Are these things really that powerful?"
"Of course, I can guarantee with my own hands that you will be absolutely satisfied!"
Su Qing made a solemn vow, but the other party caught her by the hand.
A cold gaze swept over them, and their tone was icy: "Pound your own chest!"
Su Qing withdrew her hand without any embarrassment: "It's too much of a loss to hit yourself!"
"Show me!"
After circling a cannon, the duke seemed intrigued and wanted to test its power.
Su Qing nodded, while extending her claws: "There will be losses during the experiment, Your Grace. Surely you wouldn't try to extort this poor black dragon for such a small amount of money?"
Duke Gula glanced sideways, a cold, mocking smile playing on his lips: "That's not what you said when you asked me for grain back then?"
Su Qing immediately straightened her face: "You want me to eat? Your Grace, don't slander me for no reason. My Dragon Alliance is a large and powerful organization. Can't we even afford this little bit of food?"
Duke Gula didn't bother arguing with the dragon, so he reached out, took out a cloth bag, and casually tossed it over.
Su Qing caught it, opened it, and saw that it contained the finest magic crystal. His eyes lit up immediately, and he happily put it away.
Then, under Duke Gula's watchful eye, he took out two ordinary, low-quality magic crystals and embedded them into the grooves.
After a simple operation, the energy-gathering rings rotated and lit up, and an iron ball shot out from the dark muzzle in the blink of an eye.
The iron ball landed and exploded instantly, sending steel nails flying in all directions. Some protruding boulders were pierced, and some remaining corpses were riddled with holes.
Even the toughest bear-men and bull-men would find it difficult to withstand these bursts of steel nails.
Duke Gula's eyes lit up, and he nodded slightly, clearly satisfied with the power of these magic cannons.
He looked at Su Qing: "How much?"
Su Qing smiled brightly: "If Your Excellency the Duke wants to buy it, I'll give you a 2% discount!"
Seemingly realizing he had misunderstood, Duke Gula coughed lightly: "What I mean is, how many resources do you plan to require for the construction of these magic cannons?"
The smile on Su Qing's face froze, and she narrowed her eyes, but this time she wasn't smiling, but scrutinizing.
"Your Grace, please don't joke around. How could I possibly sell something like this!"
The method for making the magic cannon is a gold mine, and Su Qing has already reaped many treasures by relying on it.
Duke Gula frowned: "Relying solely on your Dragon Alliance, the production capacity won't be very high. Hand over the production method, and with the capabilities of the Temple and the Church, we can definitely expand production as quickly as possible, allowing all defense lines to benefit in the shortest time."
"This will have a decisive impact on resisting the orcs!"
"The Vatican and the temples are absolutely willing to pay you a very considerable price!"
