"The government is aware of the existence of magic, and England has magicians who are at the behest of the government."
Just as cunningly, Bao Zhongtang didn't mention that Wiles' research findings needed to be shared with Japan and Australia.
Besides Wiles, England gained another magoin that neither Japan nor Australia knew about by answering questions about the essence of the soul.
