For America, the threat from China is real and imminent.
Even in the interstellar age, resources are not unlimited, and China is the only country that can directly pose a strategic threat to Mars.
The Europa League and Russia have either fallen behind in the space field for too long or are severely unbalanced in their specializations.
Russia's economy is unable to maintain its previous all-round competitive position; it has been contracting for more than 30 years.

This incident shows that the Europa League often has plans in the aerospace field early on, but execution is often problematic, and budgets are frequently reduced.
Upon learning of the collaboration between China and the European Union regarding longevity drugs, America immediately sought to sabotage the partnership.

Russia's observational data on the moon saved China at least two years.
However, compared to the European Union, Russia is not a threat.
Of course, America has nothing to offer Russia to impress them, so they shouldn't associate with China.
