After the initial stalemate, the old fox gradually gained control of the situation. Once he gained an advantage in a local area, these advantages grew like a snowball, eventually transforming into an overall advantage.
Red Wolf seized the opportunity and led his trusted men in another attack, killing the strongest members of the resistance army.
With a fighting force as swift as mowing grass, they extinguished the old fox's scheme, leaving the hastily opened battlefield littered with corpses, and the accumulated snow was melted by the gushing blood.
"Heh, so what if you've allied yourselves with the Prome family? Fools, don't you understand? They don't care about you at all. In fact, they think you're not even good enough to be cannon fodder."
Red Wolf laughed loudly, and with a single stroke, he cleaved the terrified mage in front of him, along with his warhorse, in two, exploding into a cloud of blood mist.
Furthermore, he constantly sowed discord, causing some wavering forces to retreat slightly and no longer act so swiftly.
Upon hearing these words, some of the rebels present changed color slightly; Red Wolf had undoubtedly hit the nail on the head regarding their concerns.
The three duchies and Constantinople had been enemies for nearly a hundred years, so naturally they had an extraordinary understanding.
While outwardly opposed, the two sides have secretly divided up considerable power. Now, with the war situation urgent, there are no neutral forces left in this chaotic land.
They were either destroyed or surrendered to the three great duchies or Constantinople, becoming their vassals.
Currently, the Harvest Divine Court has issued a divine decree, prompting the three major duchies to seize the opportunity to reclaim their territories and engage in a decisive battle with their arch-enemies.
Meanwhile, Constantinople, having seized the Fountain of Life, harbors powerful hidden forces yet to emerge, along with a dark sorcerer serving in secret, and is entangled in complex relationships with Middle-earth.
Only the extraordinary can determine the course of a war!
Smaller factions, limited by their level cap, often resort to infighting to ensure they can share the spoils after the big bosses have finished, and thus become casualties in wars.
For example, in the chaotic lands, fourteen cities were loyal to the Prome family, but so far, the main force that sent aid has been wiped out by the duchy's allies. The nobles in the cities packed their belongings and fled towards Constantinople, or submitted to the duchy.
If someone is ugly and has little wealth to bribe the enemy, it would be perfectly reasonable for their entire family to be sent to the gallows at the command of the duchy's general.
"The Duchy has a deep foundation, is equipped with advanced magic cannons, and has a floating warship that has torn apart your rear cities. I suppose you are unaware of this."
Red Wolf grinned maliciously as he raised his sword to block a massive wind blade.
The opponent is the leader of the Gale Mercenary Group, a powerful figure who once fought against Little Fox, and has now entered the stage of potential awakening.
The Blazing Knights, with cold smiles on their faces, counterattacked the enemy despite the ineffective attacks.
"Crawlers, don't you understand? What power do you have that you dare to defy the three duchies? You will all meet a dead end."
Upon hearing this, everyone lowered their heads, their morale dampened.
Although Constantine was known as the "Overlord of the North," the Duchy had been established for over a thousand years. When it came to actual combat, a single knightly order could easily defeat the allied rebels.
"Tap tap tap tap tap tap~"
A erhu spirit suddenly appeared and scanned his face. The dozen or so knights of the Blazing Knights were pulled along by their horses, which wouldn't obey their commands, and were dragged over to play bungee jumping.
Red Wolf's face froze. He paused for a moment, staring at the black knight who was holding a stereo and galloping on horseback.
The men who charged in earlier didn't kill him?!
Amidst the cheerful erhu music, anyone could hear a smug and mocking tone, which inexplicably stirred up a sense of anger in people.
"We have no choice but to retreat to Titan City. Hopefully, it hasn't been destroyed by the enemy yet."
Blood Raven said coldly, and George, Tyrant Crocodile, and Old Fox beside him nodded.
Right now, the city lord and the prime minister, under the influence of a group of liches, have entered the ruins of the giant city and been teleported to a mysterious place, the location of which no one knows.
If they were there, they could definitely change the situation.
After all, the sage who defeated the Demon King is no ordinary person!
The First Legion had only five hundred men, but their equipment, combat strength, and military skills exceeded the average level of the resistance. However, the enemy was too strong, and this was only one of the knightly orders.
In some ways, this was even more terrifying than the demon invasion, as both sides deployed extraordinary individuals, and the scope involved the entire human forces in the northern lands.
This is a real war, a feast of flesh and blood and the undead. The generals of the First Legion, with solemn expressions, decided to join forces with the strongmen stationed in Titan City, where there were still long-range artillery, undead legions, and outer minefields to defend.
"boom!"
A streak of firelight flashed across the white sky, turning the surrounding clouds into rosy clouds.
The meteor streaked across the sky, carrying immense power as it fell from the heavens.
Amidst the raging fire, her cascading black hair danced wildly in the wind, stirring up bursts of flame, and her bright red eyes shone with a layer of glassy brilliance.
The young girl he had abducted had her eyes tightly closed, hugging his neck from behind, her slender, fair legs wrapped around his waist, her pretty face pressed against the little fox, her cherry-red lips murmuring a few words, which, if you looked closely, were the shapes of cursing.
The silk ribbon that held her hair in a single ponytail came loose, and her long hair fluttered in the wind, mingling with her black hair. A tear rolled down her cheek, but it was not from emotion, but from the wind blowing in the high sky.
If she were still in her normal form, without being restricted in many ways, she could activate her amethyst wings and fly.
"Quack quack!"
The three-legged toad, hundreds of meters away, was entangled in chains and being dragged along, which is enough to prove the little fox's benevolent heart in not abandoning its companion.
"Ding, turn right ahead and continue straight for 3 kilometers..."
