Chapter 92 Coward

Where is she?

The long-haired man with a small braid peeked out, but couldn't see Qin Tan at all.

"Isn't it right down there?"

Gun Girl impatiently emphasized that she was about to point out Qin Tan's location when she discovered that there was no one outside.

"The person has disappeared."

She shouted, glancing warily around.

She had the illusion that someone was watching her.

She was a small, weak herbivorous rabbit on the grassland, and in the grass she couldn't see, carnivores were greedily observing her.

His sharp gaze seemed to see right through her bones, studying how to devour her whole.

The gun-wielding woman took a few steps back, seeking refuge with her companions.

"Don't panic."

Someone reminded them, "We need to stay calm in times like this. There are so many of us, and she's all alone."

"What are you afraid of?"

The long-haired man who had been speaking peered out again, searching for Qin Tan's whereabouts.

Still no one was seen.

"I can't sense her location."

A short man wearing glasses spoke in a low voice.

He was short, his head was tilted to one side, like a big-headed doll, and his body shape was very disproportionate.

At this moment, his eyes were filled with a substance like electricity, which was his mental ability.

It has weak offensive capabilities but possesses powerful reconnaissance abilities.

In his perception, Qin Tan did not exist.

"Could it be that she ran away?"

Gun Girl muttered.

One-to-many is certainly not a wise choice.

"Brother Xia, what do you mean?" the long-haired man asked Xia Heguang. The group of them had gathered here because of Xia Heguang.

Xia Heguang, with his buzz cut, had a cold gaze.

He possessed a decisive and ruthless aura; he was the leader.

"Keep searching," Xia Heguang said, flexing his fingers.

"If he were just a coward, the old man wouldn't have asked me to handle it."

Even standing there, Xia Heguang could feel the power emanating from him.

As a top combatant in the Sun God Group, Xia Heguang, being a descendant of the Xia family, also helps the Xia family handle some matters.

Xia Shuang's return has attracted the attention of the Xia family.

In the eyes of the Xia family, Xia Shuang was a failure, but the people behind this failure were not to be trifled with.

But Qin Tan is different.

Summer frost cannot protect Qin Tan.

In addition, Qin Tan's recent outbursts crossed the Xia family's bottom line, so they used this assessment to deflate Qin Tan's arrogance.

They don't care about human lives, as long as Qin Tan can't join the Dawn Project.

Now that the Dawn Project is no longer under the control of the Sun God Group, they must do their best to weaken the enemy's power.

The big-headed man is still searching.

In his mind, the entire City of Bones was a vast network, with each creature generating unique network fluctuations.

This fluctuation allows you to easily pinpoint the other party's location.

Aside from his own people, he marked the positions of many other evaluators on this network.

Among these orange dots of light, he was trying to find Qin Tan's presence.

No.

Still no.

Logically speaking, the more powerful the superhuman, the more obvious that special fluctuation should be, making it easier for him to search for them.

Could it be that Qin Tan really found a place to hide?

Is he such a coward?

Xi Yang searched with his eyes closed, puzzled, when he heard his companion calling out.

"Xiyang, run!"

It was Xia Heguang's voice.

Xi Yang opened his eyes in confusion and found that everyone was looking behind him.

"Are you looking for me?"

Qin Tan's cool, clear voice echoed behind Xi Yang like a ghost.

A slightly cool hand held Xi Yang's nape.

Even though he hadn't exerted much force, Xi Yang keenly sensed that he was standing on the edge of death.

Even though he wouldn't actually die here, Xi Yang was still afraid.

The experience of being completely enveloped by the oppressive aura of others is incredibly suffocating.

Xi Yang's breathing became rapid, and his neck swelled.

He opened his mouth, only to find himself speechless.

"You've been using your mental powers to find me, haven't you?"

Qin Tan whispered the question from behind Xi Yang.

Before, she always felt like she was being watched, a kind of spying that was omnipresent and disgusting.

After activating perfect resonance, Qin Tan discovered that the closer she got to those chaotic lines, the better she could conceal her presence.

So she later deliberately traveled through that strange world to avoid being searched.

It seems to have been a success; they've come all this way, and they're still searching for them.

"Yes, it's me..."

Xi Yang answered tremblingly, on the verge of tears.

"I won't fight. If you're going to attack, you'd better just give me a quick death."

He's afraid of pain.

"Ha, what a coward."

Qin Tan's tone was inexplicably doting, which made Xi Yang's ears turn red.

Because of his appearance, not many women were willing to befriend him, and even within the group, he was practically invisible.

He is only remembered when his abilities are needed.

Even in the virtual world, this was the first time someone had gotten so close to him.

Hearing Qin Tan's low laughter, Xi Yang had no desire to resist anymore.

"idiot!"

Xia Heguang clearly saw that Xi Yang had given up resisting, and snorted coldly.

He flicked his wrist, and several hidden weapons came out of his sleeves and stabbed towards Qin Tan.

The throwing knife was no bigger than a willow leaf, extremely thin, and very fast.

One of them was aimed at Xiyang.

Since dying here isn't true death, he couldn't possibly leave a hostage for Qin Tan.
