Mu Yao turned to look at Su Miaomiao, her doubts evident in her eyes.
Xu Daiwei didn't say anything, she just nodded to Mu Yao.
Seeing Xu Daiwei's actions, her fingertips twitched, but she eventually let go of Xie Wei's sleeve and withdrew her hand.
Xie Wei and his two companions got out of the car with the driver. Their eyes swept over the two groups of people. One of the leaders had a scar on his face and the other had tattoos on his arms. Judging from their appearance, the two were probably brothers. Both of them were at the mid-stage of the Innate Realm. The remaining eight people were only at the late-stage of the Acquired Realm. They looked like two separate teams.
Xie Wei curled his lips, just as he had expected.
"You've only been here a few days and you're already making your move? The people behind you are way too impatient," Xie Wei said calmly, hands in his pockets, standing in front of the car door and looking at the group of people opposite him.
"Thank you, Young Master Xie. This is not our purpose in coming here. We would be grateful if you could do us a favor," one of the leaders said. Although he used polite language, there was no respect on his face.

(Mu Yao changed her way of addressing Xie Wei, otherwise it would sound a bit strange.)
