Anastasia said everything she could.
This gave Rudy and Salina a lot more confidence.
No one doubted Eli's disappearance. Anastasia explained that he had sent his own knights on a mission, and the Duke did not ask any further questions.
Five days later at noon.
Salina was resting when a maid came to tell her to go to her room, as a special person was coming to visit.
Salina immediately had a guess in her mind.
So, Salina slowly made her way to the guest room.
The maid brought her here and then left.
Salina remained calm and walked inside.
Strangely, there was no one inside.
Salina thought for a moment, then sat down in the chair and waited quietly.
Suddenly, a pair of hands covered her eyes from behind. "Guess who I am, baby."
Salina smiled.
"Brother Salaj, stop fooling around."
"Huh? How did you know it was me?"
Saraji opened her eyes in surprise and stood in front of her.
“I clearly used the Micro Elf Secret Technique to conceal my presence and deliberately changed my voice.”
Salina smiled and said:
"After all, I'm your sister. It's not hard for me to recognize you, is it?"
Saraji sighed.
"I really hope it's not my sister."
"So, Brother Saraji, what brings you to the Duke's mansion? You are the King."
Faced with her curious gaze, Saraji glared at her irritably.
"What else could I possibly be here for?"
"One reason is to see if that despicable human has bullied you, and to see if you are doing well."
"And also... I miss you."
"Is that so?" Salina pouted and said softly.
"But you didn't come to see me off the day I left with him."
Saraji's face immediately fell.
"Do you think I didn't want to? That wretched human cursed me. I had diarrhea all day and was completely exhausted, which is why I didn't have time to come and see you off."
"After all, you are my most beloved sister. No matter how reluctant I am to let you go, I still hope that you can be happy."
Hearing this, Salina was touched but also a little embarrassed.
That curse... it seems like she was the one who did it.
At that time, Rudy drew a circle to curse Saraji, and she thought it was funny, so she drew one too.
She later learned that Rudy had the ability to curse people.
Saraji sat down in the chair, glanced at her, and said:
"Salina, come here for a second."
"what?"
Come here.
"Tell me what you want first."
"Let me hug you."
Salina blushed.
"Brother, I'm not a little kid anymore... Oh!"
Come here!
Saraji grabbed her small hand and pulled hard.
Salina then sat on his lap.
He wrapped his large arm around her waist and said sincerely, "Actually, I cried for a long time after you left with him."
Salina's delicate body trembled, and she leaned her pink back against his chest, just like she had back then.
"Brother Salaj, I'm sorry, Salina can't accept your feelings."
"I know."
Saraji nodded vigorously and said sincerely:
"I will no longer expect you to marry me, or even come back to my side and continue to be my sister. Actually, I have let go of the past, and I will support you in pursuing your own happiness."
Salina felt a warmth in her heart and looked up at the man.
"Brother Salaj, since you acknowledge my relationship with him, did you only come here to see me?"
"Of course not, I want to hug you too, forgive my greed, Serena."
Upon hearing this, Salina blushed.
"Brother, if you keep talking nonsense, he might jump out and beat you up."
“Is…is that so? I’m not afraid of him!” Saraji said smugly, tightening his grip.
“You’re my sister, what’s wrong with me hugging you as your brother? I haven’t even settled the score with him for taking you away from me yet.”
Upon hearing this, Salina smiled sweetly.
"Brother, don't deny it. Actually, you're just afraid he'll beat you up, aren't you?"
"Go ahead and beat me up. I'm more than satisfied that I was able to see you once."
As Saraji spoke, she looked down at her small face.
“Salina, I have received news that the orc army of the Oligo Empire will begin invading the border of Asolent in seven days, and the two countries will soon be engulfed in war.”
"So I hope you can come back with me for a while, and come back when peace is restored."
Hearing this, Salina stood up, her small hands braced against his chest, and said earnestly:
“I won’t leave, brother Saraji.”
"As his wife, I will stand with Arnold through thick and thin, and never leave him."
"I'm sorry, Brother Saraji, I can't agree to that, even though you're doing it for my safety."
Seeing this, Saraji sighed deeply.
“I knew you would choose to stay, so I’m here to form an alliance.”
"The Elven Knights will stand with the Asorent Legion."
Upon hearing this, Salina's eyes lit up.
"Brother, you..."
She certainly understood why he chose to do that.
Saraji smiled gently.
"Well, that's because you're my sister."
"Although I haven't seen him bully you or find a reason to take you away yet, I will keep an eye on him from now on. Hmph, if he dares to bully my sister, I will have the members of the Elf Knights spit on him again."
