Chapter 52 Don't give me that, don't touch it!

The moment Rudy stepped into the maze, the prompt echoed in his mind once again.

[Enable Hell Mode?]

To this, Rudy answered "no" without hesitation.

He came to scout out the maze this time, in order to familiarize himself with the distribution of monsters on each floor.

Kane is clearly not trustworthy.

Therefore, Rudy does not intend to reveal his ability to adjust the difficulty of the maze.

Kane stopped at the entrance and said to Rudy in a friendly manner:

"Rudy, the first floor is full of goblins, which is a good opportunity for us to practice teamwork."

"Hehe, you probably haven't seen Michelle and Mina's Divine Seal Armaments yet, now you have a chance!"

"Oh, then I'll have to look forward to it." Rudy showed an interested expression.

"Hmph, just wait and see, you won't be disappointed."

Michelle said proudly and took the lead at the front of the group, with Rudy in the middle, Mina next to him, and Kane at the back.

Judging from this, Michelle's Divine Seal Armor is a melee-type weapon, yet she's positioned in the front row.

"Gah! Food!"

After walking a few steps along the passage, several green-skinned, ugly goblins rushed out, drooling and staring at Rudy and the others with gleaming eyes.

"Hmph, disgusting monster."

Upon seeing this, Michelle snorted coldly.

With a graceful lift of her hand, a cyan light shone forth on the back of her delicate hand.

This is a scene formed by the rapid condensation of dense wind elements.

Then, she drew a greatsword that gleamed with a cold light.

With a casual flick of her wrist, the cyan light merged entirely into the sword.

"Die, you ugly goblin!"

A cold glint flashed in Michelle's eyes, and her magic surged.

The next second, the ground beneath her feet exploded, and her body vanished from the spot in an instant.

The techniques taught by Ms. Esther came in handy.

Instant burst!

"Drink it!"

With a delicate shout, Michelle's lithe body fell from the air, swinging her greatsword and smashing it fiercely at the goblin.

"Click!"

On the spot, a goblin was cleaved in two by a greatsword flashing with blue light, and was dead beyond any doubt.

The goblins nearby stared wide-eyed, their faces filled with fear. They dropped their weapons and tried to run away.

But it was too late.

With a single, decisive strike, Michelle wielded her greatsword and swept it around the area, wiping out an entire goblin squad.

After doing all that, Michelle turned around, carrying her greatsword, and proudly raised her little face. Her red ponytail swung behind her, drawing a graceful arc.

"Hmph, how about it? My skills are not bad, Rudy. Teaming up with me is a good deal for you."

Her tone was confident, and there was a hint of self-importance in it.

Rudy, of course, wouldn't refuse. He smiled calmly and gave her a thumbs up.

"sharp!"

"That combo was really cool."

"Hehe~!"

Michelle smiled happily as she received the praise.

"Well done, Michelle."

Kane couldn't help but exclaim in admiration.

"Alright, let's move on."

The goblin corpses that were destroyed disappeared automatically after a minute, as if they had been absorbed by the maze.

The group continued onward.

At this point, a fork in the road appeared ahead, with two paths leading to the left and right.

Which way to go?

Michelle looked at Rudy as if seeking his opinion.

Kane's lips twitched slightly upon seeing this.

What's going on?

Shouldn't you ask for my opinion?

Why ask Rudy?

"How about we go to the right, Kane?"

Rudy expressed his opinion, looking at Kane.

Kane immediately showed a satisfied expression.

The Rudy brothers are so sensible!

We're both subordinates who signed contracts with this prince, so why are you so foolish, Michelle?

But never mind, Your Highness is magnanimous and will forgive you.

Brothers are like limbs, women are like clothes; Kane increasingly felt that this saying was so true.

"Let's go to the right then. I trust the Rudy brothers' intuition!"

Having made up his mind, Kane issued a declaration.

So, the group walked together toward the passage on the right.

They moved forward for a while.

The goblin squad has reappeared.

They yelled and pounced on them.

Just as Michelle was about to make her move, Mina reached out and stopped her.

"Girl, let your older sister do it this time."

"All right."

Because it was her dearest sister's request, Michelle didn't object at all, and obediently stood next to Rudy, watching her sister Mina's actions.

Mina glanced disdainfully at the goblin squad and raised her hand.

The ice-attribute divine seal has been activated.

A crystal staff, sparkling and translucent, appeared in her palm.

"Freeze, Ice Crystal Hell!"

Mina's eyes narrowed, and she thrust her staff into the ground.

Suddenly, a torrent of magical power spread rapidly from the ground.

The next second, the goblins who were charging forward felt a chill under their feet, and then their bodies instantly froze, turning into ice sculptures.

At this moment, Mina pointed her staff at the ice sculptures again.

With a "crack!" sound, all the frozen goblin bodies shattered instantly, like crystal.

Only some ice shards remained on the ground.

"How about it? Isn't your sister's equipment amazing? Rudy, if you team up with us, your sister and I will definitely protect you... Ooh!"

As soon as Michelle finished speaking, she felt a pair of warm, large hands embrace her slender, soft waist, and she couldn't help but gasp in surprise.
