The man was clearly nervous; sweat was pouring down his forehead.
"Heh." Fang Tianzhi chuckled, then quickly waved forward.
With a "thud," the head of the person who had stepped forward to ask the question flew into the air and landed not far away.
The soldiers and officers nearby were all taken aback when they saw this.
They probably didn't expect Fang Tianzhi to suddenly kill someone.
"What are you talking about? I was just greeting you politely. What business do you have to ask?"
Fang Tianzhi withdrew his hand, then looked at the panicked mortals around him and used his magic to amplify his voice, saying, "I'm going to spread some plague in your city to use for my good materials. You have no room for negotiation. I'm just informing you."
After he finished speaking, a wall made of spiritual energy appeared around the city.
This locks the city down; now no one in the city can escape.
Seeing this behavior, Wu Er was angry but helpless, and had no idea what Fang Tianzhi was trying to do.
Fang Tianzhi turned around and said to Wu Er, "Plague is the best thing. After arranging things for these mortals, I'll arrange things for you right away!"
