Chapter 86: Signing a Ghost Contract

I told this method to Hongyi, and he nodded in agreement without hesitation.

It was already three in the afternoon, still early for the Hour of the Dog. We left Xitang and returned to the hotel in Jiaxing City where Hongyi had stayed. I had wanted to get some of the body's blood, but the room had been cleaned out. Damn, there wasn't even a hair left!

The only way now is to go to the police station to find the body of the man in red.

Fortunately, when we arrived at the police station, we discovered the body of the man in red was being taken to the forensic hospital for an autopsy. We exchanged glances and approached him, claiming to be friends of the deceased and requesting to be accompanied to the forensic hospital. Upon hearing that a family member or friend of the deceased had finally appeared, the police officer hurriedly asked us to take a statement and then boarded the car.

On the way to the forensic hospital, Ning Xue and I sat in the car. The body in red was placed in the middle of the car, covered with a white sheet. There were only two police officers driving the car. We checked the car and found no surveillance equipment.

I asked Hongyi to go to the front of the car to watch over the two policemen, and then Ning Xue and I lifted the white cloth. Hongyi's body was immediately exposed before our eyes. The rest of his body was intact, but his face was a bloody mess, and it was impossible to tell what he looked like.

Ning Xue covered her mouth and almost cried after seeing this. She probably never expected that her best friend, whom she had played with since childhood, would die in such a tragic way.

However, we didn't have much time, so we put on the gloves we had prepared in advance, took out a small bottle, and before the blood on the corpse's face completely dried up, we turned the corpse's face upside down and placed it close to the bottle mouth. Drops of blood slowly flowed into the bottle.

If I'd done something like this in my past, I'd have probably pissed myself. But now, I didn't feel the slightest bit of fear; I remained calm. Ning Xue, always composed, turned her head away, not daring to look.

I held the corpse's head against the bottle's opening, letting the blood flow into it while humming a little tune. After about ten minutes, the small bottle was filled with dark black blood. Then, I put the corpse away, screwed the bottle cap shut, and hid it in my bag.

Next, I plucked a handful of the corpse's hair, wrapped it in yellow paper, and also placed it in the bag. I noticed a piece of flesh on the corpse's nose was about to fall off, so I helped it, twisted it off, and wrapped it in yellow paper and also placed it in the bag.

After getting these materials, Su Xiaoniu said it was enough, and then I covered it with the white cloth.

Following the method Su Xiaoniu had told me, I took a porcelain bowl from my bag, bit my finger, and let my blood drip into the bowl drop by drop. After three minutes, the bowl was already half full.

Suddenly I felt a little dizzy, I held my forehead and thought, oh my god, this heavy bleeding is really not something that ordinary people can endure!

"Xu Fei, are you okay?" Ning Xue turned around and saw me sitting on the car seat, covering my forehead, my whole body shaking, and my face even turned much paler. She became worried.

I shook my head and said it was okay. I took out the materials I had prepared from my backpack and placed the blood, hair, and flesh from the corpse's nose into a porcelain bowl, mixing it with my yang blood. The blood in the bowl instantly turned a deep red. Even more terrifying, the hair and flesh of the corpse had been corroded!

Three minutes later, the corpse soup is ready!

The blood-red corpse soup had no residue at all. If someone who didn’t know the inside story saw it, they would mistake it for a bowl of red wine!

I took a deep breath, called Hongyi back, and told her to drink the bowl of corpse soup. Hongyi decisively gulped it down. Meanwhile, Su Xiaoniu taught me the "Secret Mantra for Controlling Ghosts." I followed her in chanting the mantra while biting another finger. I asked Hongyi to remove her clothes, then wrote the word "Master" on her back with my yang blood and drew a blood-red circle next to it.

At first, Hongyi was in excruciating pain, her entire body tumbling to the ground. It seemed my Yang blood was too potent, causing her such agony. But she soon recovered. At the same time, two wing marks appeared between her brows, one on each side, deeply engraved on her uneven, ugly face.

"The ghost contract has been successfully signed. Now she is your little ghost. You can order her around for anything you want." Su Xiaoniu said casually.

I wiped the sweat off my forehead and took a deep breath. Maybe it was because I had lost too much blood, my vision went dark and I fainted on the seat.

When I woke up again, I was already in a hospital bed, with Ning Xue and Hong Yi by my side. What annoyed me was that one of them was holding my left hand, and the other was holding my right hand, and they were actually communicating!
