Chapter 14 Lightning Controller

Lin Nai certainly knew these two people; they were both his university classmates.

However, neither of them are good people.

In every class, there are a few people who are particularly talkative.

Even after they reach university and become adults, their manners remain poor.

These guys were Liang Wei's lackeys.

Lin Nai glanced around the neighborhood out of the corner of her eye.

Sure enough, Liang Wei, wearing glasses, was holding a milk tea. He was tall and thin, looked refined, and walked over slowly with one hand in his pocket.

Liang Wei is their class monitor. He is only a freshman and is already a level 1.9 ability user, which is what the counselor calls a prodigy.

He was very popular in class, good at getting along with other classmates, and always willing to help others. He was usually the one who organized and led class tasks.

The students in the class were also very willing to follow his orders.

But Linnaeus didn't like him, thinking that the guy was a hypocrite.

After returning from a previous mission, Lin Nai accidentally discovered that Liang Wei had taken advantage of the trust his classmates placed in him and colluded with the counselor to embezzle more than 50% of the mission rewards!

After Liang Wei was discovered, he privately approached Lin Nai, smiling and trying to get close to him, but his words were full of threats and inducements, meaning that Lin Nai should not tell anyone, otherwise he would be unable to stay at Yecheng University.

Linnai ultimately did not accept any benefits from him, only taking back the portion that was rightfully his due, but she did not report his or her counselor's behavior.

First, there is no evidence.

Secondly, even if there is evidence, will the school ultimately side with Liang Wei, the gifted student, or with him, the student with a grade of 0.5 who may have no hope of awakening until graduation?

It goes without saying.

"It's you." Linnaeus: "What's the matter?"

"I heard you got fired?" The man with pockmarks smiled smugly.

Lin Nai didn't know what he was so proud of, and just shrugged: "Yeah."

The pockmarked man grinned and said, "In that case, you should pay back all the points you owe the class. You can't leave and leave the class to clean up your mess, can you?"

Linna: "I don't think I owe any points."

"Yes, yes," the blond-haired boy said from the side. "Last time our class failed to kill the evil-level monster in the otherworld mission, it was all because you were too weak and always dragged our class down. Tell me, shouldn't you take the blame for this?"

Lin Nai glanced at him: "I didn't go that time at all. It seems like you guys didn't take me with you."

"Then you should take the blame even more!" the blond-haired guy said matter-of-factly. "Without you, our class is missing a damage dealer! But the difficulty of the mission hasn't changed. Tell me, shouldn't you take the blame?"

Lin Nai sneered inwardly.

If the mission succeeds, these guys won't give him a single penny.

Even a fool could see that these two were just looking for trouble.

Seeing that he had been fired, they still wanted to squeeze the last bit of remaining value out of him.

Lin Nai was too lazy to reason with them anymore.

"Get out." He uttered only one word, concise and to the point.

The blond-haired man was stunned for a moment.

He thought he had misheard...

"Haha, interesting, this kid has gotten bolder lately."

"Is he just putting on a show because his girlfriend is around?"

"Little beauty, you'd better take a good look at what kind of good-for-nothing this guy is."

As the pockmarked man spoke, a sinister smile appeared on his face, and he suddenly unleashed his soul power.

The strength of a level 1.2 power-type martial artist is undeniable!

He threw a "thrusting punch" at Linnai's face.

The force was fierce, creating a gust of wind.

Almost instinctively, Lin Nai stepped back to dodge.

"Um?"

The man with pockmarks was somewhat surprised.

This kid's physical attributes suddenly increased??

How could he react so quickly? He actually managed to dodge his thrusting punch?!

Linna has just awakened and doesn't yet know how to use the skills of the sequence professions.

However, he could feel the boost to his physical attributes very clearly.

After easily dodging the attack, Lin Nai retaliated with a powerful punch to his stomach.

Pockmarked man: "Σ_(???"∠)! "

Wasn't this guy level 0.5? How did he suddenly become so strong?!

The other blond man was stunned for a moment, thinking that the man with pockmarks had just been careless. He immediately unleashed his level 1.3 martial arts strength, raised his "Inner Combination Leg" and kicked Lin Nai in the head.

Lin Nai raised his hand to block, and actually caught the blond man's inner leg with his bare hand!

The blond-haired man's eyes widened in disbelief: "You...!"

"Idiot." Lin Nai said, and with a quick twist of his leg as he raised it to 120 degrees, she helped him do a high-difficulty high-leg split.

With a "snap," the temperature jumped to 210 degrees!

Yellow-haired man: "Awooo!!!"

The screams echoed throughout the entire street.

"......"

Seeing this scene, Liang Wei, who was standing not far away, suddenly became curious about Lin Nai.

"Interesting... His strength has suddenly increased so much. Could it be that he secretly injected some kind of gene-protecting drug and forced himself to level up?"

Liang Wei narrowed his eyes behind his glasses and a smile appeared on his lips.

This guy seemed to have tried to expose him last time...

Well, let's teach him a lesson this time.

Let him know that those who lack talent and are from the bottom should keep a low profile and behave themselves, haha...

"Sizzle sizzle..."

Crackling blue-green lightning appeared in Liang Wei's hands.
