The Silver Moon Slash cleaved a long spatial rift in the air.
Of course, the White Beast wasn't stupid. Even though his intelligence was reduced after transforming into beast mode, he certainly wouldn't be foolish enough to directly confront the Silver Moon Slash, which was driven by divine power.
He had already witnessed the power of this move during his previous battle with the monkey. This slash could even cut through space, so slicing his body in two would be a piece of cake.
The white beast deftly leaped over the slash, like a wild animal in a circus leaping over a tripwire, and then with another swift bound, it sped off at supersonic speed, directly behind Linnaeus.
Sensing the threat behind him, Linnai instinctively used Ghost Step again. The white beast's claws missed again, the heavy claws striking the glacier, causing cracks to spread outwards like a spider web before finally shattering into ice shards with a loud "boom"!
Linnaeus's ghostly figure flipped backward and landed on a piece of floating ice.
However, as soon as he steadied himself, he looked up and saw that the white beast's body had caught up and reappeared in front of him!
It's hard to imagine that such a massive body could move at such a fast speed!
Linnaeus's pupils widened suddenly.
Too fast...
"when!"
Lin Nai grunted and used automatic parry again, raising Bai Ye to block the white beast's attack as it slapped him.
Unsurprisingly, he was sent flying again.
This time, it flew another hundred meters or so, landing on another ice floe more than a hundred meters away. Lin Nai frowned slightly. He looked down and saw that his right hand, which was holding Bai Ye, was already trembling slightly. After taking two blows from the white beast's claws, his wrist was already numb. It was already a bit difficult to even hold Bai Ye's huge scythe.
He possessed 3000 points of power, yet he could only use less than 300 points to withstand it...
If it weren't for his divine power protecting him, an ordinary superhuman with a strength rating of only 300 points would probably have had their arm sent flying to who knows where if they had taken that slap head-on...
Linnaeus calmed down and began to think.
In terms of strength, it was completely suppressed, but in terms of movement speed, the white beast also received a superb boost after transforming into a beast. With 1600 points of agility, its movement speed could fluctuate between 4500 and 5000.
In his normal state, his agility is 340 and his movement speed is 1100. With the boost from Ghost Step, his movement speed triples to 3300, which is enough to suppress an ordinary level 6 superhuman.
But this white beast before them was clearly a freak created by a genetic engineering company, and couldn't be treated in the usual way...
Linna looked around again and thought that since it was nighttime, if he wore the White Death Cloak, he should be able to surpass his speed.
Even so, it will likely remain the same as at the beginning, with the two locked in a stalemate, neither able to gain the upper hand. Even if he catches up in speed, the Silver Moon Slash might not be able to harm him.
The white beast is right; no matter how sharp a weapon is, it's useless if it can't cut anyone.
His strength, agility, and reaction speed are his advantages; there's no need to confront him head-on.
Looking at the attribute panel of the white beast scanned by the system, Lin Nai suddenly realized that although the white beast's strength, agility, and dual resistances increased exponentially after its transformation, its spirit and intelligence did not improve at all.
Despite such a genetic mutation, the white beast's brain did not evolve, indicating that its brain is relatively easy to attack.
Mental strength... is this the white beast's weakness...?
Lin Nai narrowed his eyes slightly.
"In that case..."
Linnaeus planted the White Night upside down in the glacier, and formed a hand seal: "Summoning of the Undead - Mist God, Shadow!"
The shadow of an old man with white hair and a decaying, aged face suddenly appeared behind Linnaeus.
"The Mist God's Power - Crimson Mist!"
A crimson mist rapidly spread across the glacier...
Soon, the red mist engulfed the white beast as well.
......
"Where is this place?"
The white beast looked around strangely.
Just now, that strange red mist surged in and covered the entire glacier, leaving the white beast with no way to dodge.
Now he couldn't see anything clearly; the surrounding environment was a bloody blur.
The white beast initially thought this was a trick by Lin Nai, who wanted to use the red mist to launch a sneak attack on him.
Thus, the white beast maintained high concentration, vigilantly observing its surroundings, its eyes scanning everywhere, paying attention to any slight movement. The white lightning energy on its body spread out, and these hidden ions in the air could help it detect enemies trying to approach and ambush it under the cover of the red mist as soon as possible.
However, time passed second by second...
Twenty minutes...one hour...three hours...
Linnae seemed to have no intention of attacking at all; he simply trapped the white beast in the red mist.
After a full twelve hours, the white beast finally couldn't hold back any longer.
"Hey kid, where are you? Come out here!" he roared at the surroundings.
However, no one answered him; all was quiet, and only his own echo reverberated in the empty space.
"Trying to test my patience?" the white beast said darkly. "This tactic is useless against me."
“Brother…” At this moment, a weak and somewhat haggard female voice suddenly came.
