Chapter 207 Twins are telepathic, the eldest is in danger!
Hearing what the Fire Phoenix Patriarch said, Kosa's eyes lit up with excitement.
Ophelia camped outside the Holy City for five days in a row, but did not see any members of the Fire Phoenix Clan appear.
Seeing that the prey she brought was almost eaten, Ophelia sent fifty males to hunt near the holy city.
By nightfall, the males had not brought back a single prey.
Laxus's face was solemn. "Ophelia, we haven't seen any prey in the nearby forest. That's strange. Don't the people in the Holy City need to eat?"
"How is it possible that they wouldn't have starved to death if they didn't eat?" Ophelia looked at Klein with the same confusion.
Klein shook his head. "I've only been to the Holy City a few times for banquets, and I haven't wandered around freely, so I'm not entirely sure where their prey comes from."
Klein's face was filled with guilt, and Ophelia comforted him, "It's okay. I'll figure out the food."
In the evening, Ophelia took Klein to the forest.
Klein followed Ophelia, holding a torch. He couldn't help but feel worried as she went deeper and deeper into the forest. "Ophelia, it's too dark over there. Where are you going?"
Ophelia stopped, looked around, and then shook Crane's hand.
Before Klein could say anything, he felt his vision blur. When he opened his eyes again, the scene before him had changed.
"Where is this?"
Ta-da-da, ta-da-da.
A series of messy footsteps sounded.
Klein took the lead and stood in front of Ophelia, looking around vigilantly.
He looked in the direction of the sound and saw two petite bodies running out of a large room.
"Mother, mother, you are finally here."
"Mother. Uncle Klein." Wendy hugged Klein's legs sweetly.
Klein was a little surprised to see the two of them, but he still bent down and picked up Wendy.
"Haven't you always been curious about how I grow my food?"
"This is the secret of my ability to grow food, including the pigs and sheep raised by the Fu tribe."
Ophelia briefly introduced her farm space to Klein.
Klein was shocked. "Is that really the case?"
He looked around and was very pleased to see the lush crops in the fields.
Looking at the livestock farm next to it, it has been expanded to 100 square meters. There are dozens of pigs raised there, all of them are fat and strong, making people drool just by looking at them.
"Yes, so you don't have to worry about the food for the tribesmen. My warehouse is enough for them to eat for several months."
When Ophelia realized that one day there would be a war with the Fire Phoenix Clan and even the Holy City, she began to store food and meat early.
By now, the warehouse is filled with no less than 5,000 prey, and one meal of food is enough to feed these tribesmen.
Looking at the overflowing warehouse, Klein's worries gradually faded away, and he was shocked by the magical farm space.
"Mother, have you got any news about Cohen?"
When Ophelia brought Wendy and Daner into the space, she had already told them the news that Cohen had been captured, and said that they might have to stay in the space for a longer time this time.
This time, Wendy and Daner did not make a fuss, but stayed obediently in the space.
Even their daily meals and drinks were taken care of in the warehouse, so there was no need for Ophelia to enter the space to deliver food to them.
"Not yet, but I'll bring Cohen back soon. Don't worry, just stay in this space, okay?"
"Okay." Wendy smiled sweetly.
Ophelia patted her head with relief.
Ophelia then took Klein to visit the farm space, and Klein gradually adapted to the magic of the space.
Just as they were about to leave, Dan secretly tugged at Ophelia's sleeve.
"Dan, what's wrong?" Ophelia bent down and looked at Dan.
Daner secretly glanced at his sister Wendy, and Ophelia also looked at Wendy who was sticking close to Klein.
"Come with me." Ophelia took Dan'er's hand and walked to the side.
"What's wrong?"
Daner's face wrinkled into a puffy shape. "Mother, Cohen is injured."
"How did you know that Cohen was injured?" Ophelia became nervous when she heard this.
"There's a connection between Cohen and I. We can sense each other's feelings and moods."
"He was hurt, and I could feel it. I could also sense his emotions."
Ophelia frowned. Is this the telepathy between twins?
"What about Wendy? Can she feel it?" She looked at Wendy who was happily laughing and playing with Klein.
Daner frowned and thought for a moment. "She probably didn't."
Ophelia nodded. Seeing Wendy's heartless look, it didn't seem like she knew about Cohen's injury.
"Mother, you must rescue Cohen quickly. I feel like he's in a very dangerous place."
"Okay, I know."
Ophelia and Klein left the farm with two hundred prey.
"Go and call Laxus to move the prey later, and tell him that Zeref prepared it."
Zeref has to take the blame for this.
"Okay, I'll take you back first." Klein was worried about Ophelia staying here alone.
Ophelia thought it was only a dozen minutes' walk, and she wouldn't be so unlucky as to be stolen, so she followed Klein back to the camp without any pretense.
On the way back, Ophelia and Klein mentioned what Dan said about Cohen being injured.
"Klein, I'm a little worried about Cohen."
"I want to find an opportunity to enter the Holy City tomorrow to see if I can rescue Cohen."
"Let me go in. It would be dangerous for a little female like you to go in and be discovered." Klein disapproved of Ophelia's risky behavior.
"I'd better go in. No one will find us because of the system space." Ophelia learned this.
"I'll go with you." Klein held Ophelia's hand, his eyes full of worry.
Ophelia shook her head. "No, you're an alien species and can't stay in the system space for long."
"I'm worried about you being alone."
Ophelia smiled. "Don't worry, even if I'm discovered, I can just hide in the system space and no one can catch me."
Ophelia is very confident in her system space.
"Well then, if you can, go find Zeref. You'll be safer with him helping you."
"Okay, I know."
While the two were talking, they had already reached the camp. Klein called Laxus and led a group of males to the forest to get prey.
With the prey and Klein's words, the originally panicked people were calmed down.
The next morning, the gates of the Holy City had just opened and many people were coming and going. Klein and Laxus deliberately created some noise to attract the male gatekeepers.
Ophelia successfully entered the holy city.
In a hidden corner of the Holy City, Ophelia looked around and sneaked into the space when she saw no one was paying attention.
As soon as she entered the space, Wendy and Daner, who heard the noise, came over.
Ophelia touched Daner's head. "Daner, can you sense Cohen's location?"
"If you get close, I can sense it. If you're too far away, it won't work."
"Okay, then I'll take you out, and you can come with me to find where Cohen is."
Wendy was also a little excited when she heard that she could go out.
"Mom, I want to go out too."
It was a rare occasion for Ophelia to refuse her request. "It's dangerous out there. I took Daner out to find Cohen. Just stay in this space, okay?"
Wendy heard that Ophelia and Dan were going out for something, so she stopped clamoring to go out and nodded obediently.
"Good mother, I understand."
