Chapter 32 The rope in my belly got tangled.

Zhuang Rongrong's oxcart was the first one. She didn't see that after she left in the oxcart, Qin and the others also got into the second oxcart.

Zhuang Rongrong was in a hurry. Normally, a trip to town would cost fifty copper coins, but she gave him two hundred directly, and the cart only carried her.

This matter concerns her fate for the rest of her life. Whenever she thinks about it, Zhuang Rongrong can't help but urge, "Uncle, can you walk a little faster? I'm in a hurry to get to town."

The coachman whipped the ox's rump until it was raw, saying, "I can't go any faster, the ox's rump is in so much pain."

She had no choice but to give up.

The carriage swayed halfway down the road when suddenly a disheveled maidservant stretched out her arm to stop it.

"Kind sir, please stop your car. My wife has a stomachache. Could you give us a ride?"

The driver asked, "Rongrong, a lady seems to be feeling unwell. Should we stop and help her?"

Zhuang Rongrong glanced out of the car. The lady's white clothes were filthy with dust, and she only had a wooden hairpin in her hair. She looked poor and disheveled.

"Keep going!"

She looked away, her expression resolute.

The most important thing now is to find a helpful person and find a way to help them, rather than wasting time on useless people!

"Hey! Hey! Stop the car!"

The maid Chunxiang yelled angrily from behind the oxcart.

"Chunxiang..."

Chunxiang rushed to the lady's side and said in a tearful voice, "Madam, that person in the carriage is so wicked. She was clearly the only one in the carriage, but she refused to stop and save you."

Wen Sang coughed twice, clutching her stomach with a very pale face. Hearing this, she shook her head and said breathlessly, "Maybe they have an emergency. Let's wait a bit longer."

"Where can we find a car in this desolate wilderness?!" Chunxiang cried anxiously, wiping away her tears.

I don't know what bad luck they had today, but the carriage suddenly started spinning wildly, throwing them off and speeding away.

The lady, whether from the impact or from anger, was in so much pain that she couldn't even stand up. When she finally encountered an oxcart, it wouldn't even stop.

When will a car finally arrive in this wasteland?

"Dawei, do you know what kind of fabric Xiaohua likes? Buy more when the time comes, and Mom will make two sets of quilt covers for you, and also make some clothes."

Qin Shi was overjoyed and spoke with great enthusiasm, "I'll make wedding clothes for you too, and clothes for the children. I'll prepare them early so they can be used later."

We're getting married on the fifth day of next month, and it's almost the end of the month now. There are still a lot of things we haven't bought yet, and time is tight.

Zhou Dawei blushed with embarrassment. Thinking of how Xiaohua often wore pink and white dresses, he said, "Xiaohua probably likes pink and white."

"Alright, then Mother will buy a few more bolts of pink and white cloth." Madam Qin rubbed the little guy's face again.

"Buy some clothes for Sisi too. What color clothes does Sisi like?"

Long Sisi wore flowing dresses made of mermaid tails in the Dragon Clan; they were so pretty and sparkly.

But she knew that there were no shimmering dresses in the human world.

She then said sensibly, "Thank you, Mother. I like anything you choose."

"Oh my good baby, so sensible." She kissed the little guy's soft face, then asked the fifth brother, who was as immovable as a mountain and as indifferent as a rock.

Xie Yan curled the corners of her mouth, her tone still indifferent, "I have enough clothes, I can give them to Sisi."

Is the Great Demon King really that generous?

Sisi looked up and saw his face, which was as cold and hard as stone. She couldn't help but pat his chin.

It's soft, not hard.

His dark eyes lowered, and the little guy grabbed at the hole in his collar. "Fifth Brother's clothes are all so tattered."

Seeing this, Qin felt sorry for you and said, "It's all torn. I remember you've worn this dress for several years. Change it. I'll buy you a new one. I have money."

For Xie Yan, a piece of clothing was enough as long as it kept him warm. He was about to refuse when he suddenly heard a shout.

"Kind people, could you please stop and give my wife a ride? She's having severe abdominal pain. Please stop your cars."

Chunxiang was about to kneel down.

The oxcart stopped beside her, and Sisi clung to the plank, looking in that direction with a hint of doubt in her big eyes.

"Does your tummy hurt, Auntie?"

Chunxiang was feeling grateful for their kindness when she heard this and looked over. Seeing this pretty little girl made her feel much better.

"Yes, for some reason, my lady lost control of the carriage and was thrown off us. She fell to the ground and was about to get up when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach and could not get up again."

Upon hearing this, Qin hurriedly said, "Then what illness has she contracted? Quickly get on the oxcart and go to town to find a doctor to take a look."

Chunxiang carefully helped the lady into the carriage.

"Thank you for your help. You are so kind. There was an oxcart with only one person on it that refused to stop."

"There must be some urgent matter," Qin urged the driver to hurry up.

Wen Sang was sweating profusely from the pain. She tried to say something, but couldn't utter a sound.

"The rope in Auntie's belly is tied in a knot."

The little one pointed at her belly, and Qin quickly pressed her hand back, saying, "Sisi, don't talk nonsense."

"How could there be a rope inside a person's stomach?" Qin said with an embarrassed smile, "I'm sorry, the child was just talking nonsense."

Wen Sang didn't think the child was talking nonsense. She did feel something tangled in her stomach, and it hurt terribly.

Unable to speak, she gestured to Chunxiang, who patted Sisi's fluffy head and asked, "Little one, what did you mean by what you just said?"

Sisi said in a clear voice, "The rope in Auntie's belly is tied in knots. If it's not untied, Auntie will die."

These words caused everyone present to turn pale.

Qin was so frightened that she quickly covered Sisi's mouth and kept apologizing, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, the child didn't mean it, she was talking nonsense."

Chunxiang looked extremely pale.

This child is so cute, how come he curses people to die as soon as he opens his mouth?

Chunxiang decided to ignore her. She was just an immature child. She was generous and wouldn't hold a grudge against a child.

"Madam, just a little longer, we'll be in town soon."

Startled by these words, Wen Sang felt her stomach ache even more, and large beads of sweat rolled down her face, but she couldn't speak.

Seeing that they didn't mind, Qin silently chanted a few Amitabha prayers before whispering, "Sisi, don't talk nonsense, understand?"

Sisi looked puzzled. "Mommy, Sisi isn't lying. Auntie should be able to feel it herself. It hurts a lot."

The carriage was crowded, but even though the little one spoke softly, Shengwen Sang still heard him. She looked up, gritted her teeth, and squeezed out a sentence.

"But... is there... any... way?"

She felt it was absurd to say those words.

He actually entrusted his life to a baby.

But she was in so much pain she was about to die.

Wen Sang felt dizzy, her mind went blank, and she even started to see images from the past.

She knew she was going to die.
