Ji Xingzhi disappears

There were only two people guarding outside the stone chamber. Ji Xingzhi was silent for a while, then his figure flashed and he spun around. The knife in his hand had already cut the throats of the two men, and he turned and left under their shocked gazes.

Hearing the sound of someone falling behind him, Ji Xingzhi's eyelids drooped slightly, and he unconsciously tightened the knife in his hand and whispered, "I'm sorry."

She didn't want to kill anyone, but if she didn't, the news would leak out and she would be the one to die, and even Bai Qingman would be implicated.

However, Ji Xingzhi didn’t know that Xiao Moyan and Ran Linyu arrived not long after she left.

Looking at the two fresh... no, dead bodies at the door and the broken rope in the stone chamber, as well as the pool of blood, Ran Linyu couldn't help but shiver. He was not trembling because of the fear of the bodies and blood here, but because of the frighteningly cold face of the person next to him.

"It seems...she has escaped." Ran Linyu said.

Xiao Moyan didn't even look at Ran Linyu, turned around and left.

Ran Linyu touched his nose awkwardly and followed resignedly.

Over here. Ji Xingzhi dragged his heavy body into the dim passage. This passage seemed to have no end, boundless, completely different from when he came. The dungeons were gone, leaving only a dim passage, with oil lamps burning quietly, motionless.

After walking for an unknown amount of time, Ji Xingzhi stopped walking feeling a little tired. She was about to lean against the wall to rest for a while, but unexpectedly, as soon as she leaned forward, her back was empty and she fell backwards uncontrollably.

The sudden change caught Ji Xingzhi off guard. She subconsciously let out a cry of surprise. As soon as she shouted "Ah", she suddenly stopped shouting. Then, the whole person disappeared behind the wall without a trace, leaving no trace.

Almost instantly, Xiao Moyan appeared at the place where Ji Xingzhi had just disappeared. Looking at the two walls on the left and right, Xiao Moyan's face was calm, his eyelids slightly drooped, and he didn't know what he was thinking.

Ran Linyu finally caught up with him, and before he could catch his breath, he saw Xiao Moyan walking towards the wall without blinking, his expression calm, a bit like a blind man walking towards a wall.

Ran Linyu hesitated and wanted to remind him, but before he could decide whether to remind him or not, Xiao Moyan had already passed through the wall and disappeared.

Ran Linyu opened his mouth slightly, then closed it silently and followed in.

The inside and outside of the wall are completely different. On one side is an endless passage, and on the other side are cells. It's like two interdependent yet independent spaces.

There were very few people imprisoned in the cell, only a handful, but... looking at these people, Xiao Moyan frowned inadvertently. He actually knew all of these people. Bai Xiu and Zhou Zheng were imprisoned together, and Su Yang was imprisoned alone, but what really made Xiao Moyan frown were Shui Lianqing and An Huaxing. How could these two people be together?

Su Yang, Shui Lianqing and others were stunned when they saw Xiao Moyan and Ran Linyu suddenly appear, and they were unable to react for a while.

Only Bai Xiu knelt on one knee before Xiao Moyan as if he had seen a savior, placed his right fist on his chest, lowered his head slightly, and performed a very standard salute. Then, he whispered, "Bai Xiu greets the Palace Master."

Before Xiao Moyan could say anything, Ran Linyu, who was standing behind him, jumped out and looked at Bai Xiu teasingly, "Hey, isn't this Young Master Bai? Why are you locked up in this damn place?"

Bai Xiu stood up on his own, crossed his arms and said, "Ran Linyu, you have changed."
