Chapter 35 Fish Pond

It’s a bit like the feeling that a flower bed gives to Yu Xifeng.

Yu Xifeng pondered over Tan Shui for a long time.

She stood up and threw the live fish she bought from the supermarket into the pond.

The fish tail swims freely and lively.

Yu Xifeng squatted beside the pond and smiled.

Tan water can indeed nourish fish.

Her stockpile included about seventy crucian carps of varying lengths, as well as soft-shelled turtles, grass carps, and other fish that Yu Xifeng couldn't name.

I divided one third each into Yuxi and Feng, hoping that they would have endless descendants.

That way she would have more fish than she could eat.

Yu Xifeng left the space and while making lunch, he found that two of the potatoes piled in the kitchen had sprouted.

Yu Xifeng checked and cleared out five or six more from the bag.

She cut the sprouted potatoes into pieces and buried them in the flower bed in the space.

In the space, the watermelon that was picked last time was cut into boxes by Yu Xifeng.

She experimented with several watermelons.

The melon rind is not wasted and can be cut into shreds and pickled.

Yu Xifeng pickled two jars.

After picking the watermelon from the space, flower vines grew again in the original place. Yu Xifeng watched for a few days and it seemed that the vines could grow further.

She had a limited number of watermelon seeds and was unable to produce the next generation.

Now that there is space, the watermelons can continue to grow after being picked, which is undoubtedly good news.

Yu Xifeng steamed the remaining potatoes on the balcony, mashed them into mashed potatoes, and then poured a full spoonful of meat sauce on them.

It can be called a snack full of flavor.

It’s also quite good as a staple food.

For lunch that day, I had a smoked duck leg, a small bowl of mashed potatoes, a plate of green beans and minced meat, and a bowl of rice.

I had another serving of watermelon slices in the afternoon.

I wasn't very hungry at night, so I just ate a piece of glutinous rice cake.

The eighty-third day of heavy rain.

Ma Tian is back.
