New Year's Address

Sorry everyone, I wish you all a Happy New Year in advance.

I just returned to Jingzhou, Hubei from Shenzhen a few days ago.

This major outbreak of the epidemic has made me feel very depressed. I've also been busy instilling safety and hygiene awareness in my family, so I've neglected to update my social media.

I have many friends and classmates in Wuhan. Seeing the news every day makes me feel particularly heavy-hearted.

Now I can only isolate myself at home and not go out at all.

Our country has suffered many disasters throughout history, and its revival is the result of the arduous struggle of generations.

In critical moments, there are always many people who step forward, unafraid of death.

In the days since I came back, I've been watching the news every day, and my heart has been heavy. When I see the medical workers rushing to the front lines on the news, I can't help but tear up.

This is a battle, and those involved are not only the brave medical workers, but also the people of our entire nation.

This experience once again made me deeply appreciate the resilience and courage of ordinary Chinese people during critical times, as well as their consideration for the overall situation.

Disasters may cause us pain, but they also make us stronger.

I believe that after overcoming this challenge, not only Hubei, but the whole of China will be revitalized, showing greater respect for life and a greater appreciation for the good life.

I remember that many of my readers are from Hubei. Please be careful, stay home, and have a safe and peaceful Lunar New Year in 2020.

Finally, be sure to take good care of your family, especially your parents.
