In the footage, Liu Pengcheng first makes a "V" sign outside the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and then the scene changes to him climbing over the fence and arriving at the Major Crimes Unit office.
The camera then deliberately panned across the "Criminal Investigation Team One" signboard at the entrance.
Then Liu Pengcheng quietly took the computer away.

Several thieves from Liu Pengcheng's faction immediately slunk away.
After the group left, the scene returned to quiet.
Liu Jun looked at Guan Feng and asked, "I didn't expect you to be Da Kui's older brother. May I ask your name?"
"Brother Jun, you can call me Xiao Guan..."
Just as Guan Feng was about to speak, an alarm suddenly sounded outside.
Liu Jun's expression changed: "Police patrol?"
Guan Feng angrily exclaimed, "Liu Pengcheng! It must be Liu Pengcheng!"
