Yosemite is the name of a national park located in California. It features stunning and magical glacial landforms.
This villa community borrowed this beautiful name and pioneered the new Chinese-style villas in the central villa area, becoming famous in the capital's top luxury housing market.
A Mercedes-Benz entered the community.
High-end communities all have separate pedestrian and vehicle access, with direct access to the underground parking garage. The garage is also luxuriously decorated, looking opulent.
Soon, Huo Yunchao entered his underground parking garage, which had seven parking spaces, all of which were extended and widened. However, there was no parking there at the moment.
Villas with seven parking spaces as standard are rare even among luxury homes.
"Beauty, you didn't buy the penthouse, did you?" Xue Qiandai's expression was priceless.
The "king of the building" usually refers to the largest, best-located, and most expensive house in a community.
Huo Yunchao got out of the car, walked around to the passenger side, and opened the door for her with gentlemanly manners. "Dai Dai, I think the penthouse is more worthy of my little fairy. Of course, more importantly, this is the developer's show flat; I can move in after adding some soft furnishings."
She used to live in a grand house in Yintai and a large villa in Yanlan, using only the best of everything. Huo Yunchao also wanted to give her the best.
Xue Qiandai chuckled. "So, when developers start selling houses, they won't come to our house to view them, will they?"
Huo Yunchao touched his high, straight nose. "That's possible."
The two entered the elevator hand in hand and arrived at the first floor. As soon as they stepped out of the elevator, a huge creature pounced on them—it was a snow lion.
The dog wags its head and fawns over its mother, in a great mood, as if it has returned to the days when it was king.
"Goodness, my snow lion." She stroked its head, smoothed its fur, and its nostrils flared as it smelled the aroma coming from the kitchen. Only then could she observe the layout of the villa: a huge living room with a width of 11 meters facing south, connecting to a large viewing garden. The dining room, living room, and kitchen were integrated into one space, and there was an entrance courtyard facing north.
In the room, there was a butler wearing white gloves wiping vases, and another ironing newspapers. In the kitchen, there was a butler whose service rivaled that of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Welcome home.
The housekeepers stopped what they were doing and spoke in unison.
Xue Qiandai was somewhat dazed. "My beauty, I feel like I've traveled back to the Downton Abbey era. They're all your... butlers?"
Huo Yunchao whispered in her ear, "She was borrowed from the property management office and will be going back soon."
He orchestrated this scene, giving her a soft and dreamy experience.
"Sir, Madam, please have your meal."
The sunlit restaurant boasts a 270-degree panoramic view, adorned with crystal chandeliers, and serves exquisitely presented and delicious food that makes one's mouth water. Meanwhile, the butler stands respectfully and graciously to one side.
"Thank you all for your hard work."
The butlers bowed slightly, having completed their mission for the day, and filed out.
"Dai Dai, eat first."
Xue Qiandai gazed at Huo Yunchao, her eyes sparkling. He had quietly done everything, making her almost believe that she was still that socialite heiress, and that her family had not experienced such changes.
“My beauty, it’s clearly your birthday, but you’re making it seem like it’s my birthday.”
"I'm here with you, and Snow Lion is the best gift for me."
Two people and a dog make a home.
The psychic snow lion was initially unhappy about being brought here for no apparent reason, but when it heard its father treating it like family, it barked and rubbed its head against its father's leg. The dog was touched.
I had eaten cake in the afternoon, so I wasn't very hungry. I drank a little wine and then put down my chopsticks.
Huo Yunchao led her down to the second basement level. In the spacious private cinema, Marguerite Duras's classic novel *Lover*, starring Tony Leung, was playing.
A blush crept onto Xue Qiandai's cheeks.
"Dai Dai, this is the uncut, complete version, beautiful and romantic."
They randomly picked two seats and sat down, their eyes glued to the screen, though inwardly they were both pounding with anxiety.
The movie was so good that Huo Yunchao stopped looking at the screen after about thirty minutes.
"Dai Dai, do you remember what I said when I went to your house that time you had a high fever?"
It was unforgettable; it was their first time. Under the neon lights and starlight, in front of the pyramid-shaped ultra-clear glass of the Yintai Mansion, he entered her little world. He said, "When you're better, three hundred times." How could she forget?
"The birthday present I want most isn't Jobs' apple, it's Eve's apple. You'll get it for me!"
His fingers ran through her long hair, gently supporting the back of her head. His eyes shone brighter and deeper, like the lakes of Verdun, or the luster of obsidian. "My beauty, my third gift is named Dai Dai. Do you like it?"
"I like it." He cupped her face and kissed her lips.
At night in the villa, birds sing, streams cascade, and dragonflies perch on withered lotus leaves, fluttering their wings, their eyes glistening with autumn dew, like a woman's emotional eyelashes.
"My beauty, what did you wish for?" she asked, emerging from his embrace and tilting her head back.
Call me Brother Chao.
The last time I addressed him like this was under similar circumstances.
"Trendy Bro".
"Hmm, Dai Dai, I'm greedy. I made a lot of wishes. Will you listen to them all?"
"want."
Unwavering determination.
"I pray that your father will return to you soon. May those who insulted you, bullied you, hurt you, and laughed at you receive the punishment they deserve. May you be happy every day and always have a smile on your face. May your Taobao store be booming and your coffee shop be packed with customers, making you a fortune. May my Dai Dai turn the tide and return to the peak of life."
Xue Qiandai smiled broadly. Every wish he made was related to her.
