Chapter 205 How was the inspection just now?
Yun Zheng held up the man's face and kissed him on the lips. "Okay, get back to work! Otherwise, I'll be uneasy."
"I came to the company to supervise Mr. Fu, not to disturb you." Her voice was sweet, but with a hint of seriousness.
Fu Linghe reached out and scratched the tip of her nose lovingly, "Okay, I'll go to work now."
The corners of the man's lips curled up in a lazy arc, the tails of his eyes were slightly raised, and there was a tiny light in his obsidian eyes.
As he spoke, he straightened up, and his bony fingers slowly and methodically adjusted the tie that Yun Zheng had accidentally wrinkled. The silver-gray tie clip flashed in the sunlight.
"My phone is full of treasures..." He deliberately dragged out the last word, and when he turned around, the lines of his legs wrapped in suit pants stretched out a sharp arc, but he suddenly looked back while taking a step.
The sunlight streaming in from the French windows gilded his profile, even his eyelashes casting fan-shaped shadows under his eyelids. "But there's nothing Mrs. Fu can't see."
As the man spoke, he took Yun Zheng's phone, which was lying upside down on the table, and went to his desk to charge it.
"Madam, please take your time." Fu Linghe supported himself on the edge of the desk with one hand. The light reflected from his watch passed over Yun Zheng's cheek. His Adam's apple rolled softly with a low laugh. "I won't disturb you while you're checking on me."
As he sat down, he habitually turned the wedding ring on his left hand. The cold light of the metal formed a sharp contrast with his burning gaze at the moment.
When Fu Linghe opened the document, the laziness and playfulness had faded away, leaving only the focused eyes behind the glasses. Only the occasional glance at the sofa still showed the lingering tenderness.
Yun Zheng discovered that this man always had the ability to switch to work mode in a second!
She withdrew her gaze from the man, hugged his phone and nestled back into the sofa, her legs curled up like a kitten that had found a comfortable corner.
She looked through Fu Linghe's mobile phone interface curiously. It was clean and simple, with almost no entertainment applications except the necessary office software.
The only thing that stands out is an album called "Beloved", lying quietly in the most conspicuous position on the screen.
Yun Zheng's fingertips hovered above the icon, and after hesitating for a moment, she finally clicked on it.
The entire album was filled with her photos. Some were taken recently, but some were taken so long ago that Lian Yunzheng was a little surprised.
Her fingers gently slid across the man's phone screen, scrolling all the way to the bottom. The last photo was Fu Linghe's current wallpaper.
The back view of Yun Zheng wearing the uniform of Jingshi No. 1 Middle School!
"Mr. Fu, secretly taking photos is illegal." Yun Zheng deliberately raised her voice, but her eyes curved into crescents with a smile.
Fu Linghe looked up from his documents, his pen twirling in a circle between his slender fingers. "It's only natural for me to take a picture of my wife."
He glanced at me intently, his shirt sleeves rolled up to his elbows, revealing his well-defined forearms. "Besides, aren't some people spying on me while I work? We're even at best."
Yun Zheng's ears turned red after being exposed, and she really couldn't help but look up at him every few minutes.
But was he working seriously? How did he find out that I was peeking at him?
The sunlight shone through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto Fu Linghe, giving him a golden edge. He could see the slightly furrowed brows as he lowered his head to review the documents, and the arc of his wrist as he signed.
Even the occasional small movement of pushing up the glasses made her unable to take her eyes away!
Fu Linghe usually doesn't wear glasses, but when he's working, he puts on his gold-rimmed glasses and instantly looks like a gentleman.
"Who's looking at you! I'm just trying to figure out if there are any secrets hidden in Mr. Fu's phone." Yun Zheng said stubbornly, but her finger accidentally opened the memo.
The top one reads "Zheng Zheng's preference update", and below it are densely packed records of her recent favorite flavors of milk tea and small cakes, and even reminders like "Wife tends to feel sleepy in the afternoon, remember to prepare a small blanket."
Her throat suddenly felt tight. No one had ever cared about her so attentively.
Yun Zheng looked up and met Fu Linghe's smiling gaze. He had walked to the sofa at some point and was looking down at her.
"Have you found out any secrets, Mrs. Fu?" He bent down, put his hands on both sides of Yun Zheng's body, and trapped her between the sofa and himself.
Yun Zheng turned her phone screen towards him and said, "Mr. Fu is so busy, do you still have time to remember these little things?"
Fu Linghe's nose was almost touching hers. "Nothing is trivial when it comes to you."
His voice was low and gentle, with a hint of seriousness. "Just like the 'little thing' of your phone running out of battery, it was my mistake. I forgot to charge it last night."
Fu Linghe said, gently pinching Yun Zheng's cheek with his fingers, "It's like you're charging me."
Yun Zheng knew that he didn't mean the literal meaning of "charging", so she decisively chose not to mention it and cleverly changed the subject, "Have you finished processing all the documents?"
"Well, it's all done." He unbuttoned the top button of his shirt with one hand, his Adam's apple sliding up and down as he relaxed, and his other hand was already resting on the armrest of the sofa.
As he leaned over, there was a faint woody scent, and his tie fell down and brushed Yun Zheng's knees.
"Ms. Yun, you have to trust your husband's work efficiency."
Fu Linghe's rising tone was filled with boyish mischief. His thin lips were almost touching her earlobe when he spoke, and his warm breath made the tip of her ear tremble.
He chuckled softly, and placed his slender fingers on his gold-rimmed glasses. With a light hook of his fingertips, the glasses slid down from his high nose bridge.
"It's in the way." He murmured, a smile in his voice.
The glasses were placed casually on the coffee table, making a slight clinking sound.
Without the obstruction of lenses, those obsidian eyes were fully revealed, and the upturned corners of the eyes were inexplicably alluring.
Yun Zheng's gaze involuntarily fell on the small mole on his nose. The small mole appeared and disappeared with the rhythm of his breathing, inexplicably revealing a hint of lust.
"What are you looking at?" Fu Linghe noticed her gaze and deliberately moved closer.
His tall nose was almost touching hers, and the small mole was magnified in front of his eyes.
She reached out her hand as if possessed, and lightly touched the small mole with her fingertips.
Fu Linghe's breathing obviously paused for a moment, and the shadow cast by his eyelashes under his eyes trembled slightly.
"Mr. Fu, there is a beautiful star here." She rubbed the small mole with her fingertips, her eyes sparkling.
Fu Linghe suddenly grabbed her restless hand and pressed it against his chest. "There are brighter stars here. Do you want to see them, Mrs. Fu?"
Before she could react, Fu Linghe leaned closer.
Yun Zheng subconsciously closed her eyes.
"Open your eyes." His lips paused just inches from hers, his breath carrying the bitterness of black coffee. "Look at me, your husband is quite handsome!"
Yun Zheng opened her eyes with trembling eyelashes and met Fu Linghe's smiling eyes.
The ink-black color in there seemed to have melted the entire starry sky, and at this moment it was clearly reflecting her blushing cheeks.
His drooping hair brushed against her eyebrows, and the itchy touch made her blink involuntarily.
The next second, Fu Linghe's warm lips fell.
The bitter aroma of coffee on him and the strawberry flavor of her lipstick instantly merged to form a dizzying and addictive taste.
"How was the inspection just now?" Fu Linghe lowered his head and rested his forehead against hers, asking softly.
Yun Zheng's hand was on his chest, and she could feel his accelerated heartbeat through his shirt. The small mole on the bridge of his nose became more obvious because of his passion.
