Chapter 319: Taking the initiative to find the Mo family for Fu Linghe
After a 9-hour flight, Yun Zheng's flight finally landed at the airport in Country A.
The moment the plane's tires touched the runway, she immediately unbuckled her seat belt, her fingers trembling slightly from the excessive force.
As soon as the phone had a signal, message alerts began to ring continuously, each one hitting her heart precisely.
She swiped the screen quickly, her eyes eagerly scanning every message, afraid of missing the important ones.
There was the search and rescue progress sent by Bo Jinnian, the internal notice of the Civil Aviation Administration forwarded by Lu Shiqian, and the message from Cen Lian'an asking if she arrived safely.
But none of these messages mentioned the exact whereabouts of the missing plane.
Yun Zheng's fingertips paused on the screen for a second, and then she quickly called Shen Lanshu.
The call was connected quickly, and it was obvious that her mother-in-law had been waiting for her news.
"Mom, I'm here." She tried to make her voice sound calm, but the ending of her voice still trembled uncontrollably. "No new news yet. I'm going to the Mo family now."
Shen Lanshu's voice was filled with fatigue and worry. "Zheng Zheng, we are here at home. You don't have to worry. You must pay attention to your own safety."
"I know." Yun Zheng interrupted her. Every second of delay could be fatal. "Mom, I'm hanging up now. I'll let you know as soon as I have any news."
After hanging up the phone, Yun Zheng quickly walked towards the exit.
The airport hall was bustling with people, and the mixed sounds of broadcasts in various languages made her temples throb.
She hailed a taxi and told it the address of Mo Family Manor.
The car drove into the night, the streets of Country A were brightly lit, and architectural styles that were completely different from those in China flew past the car window.
Yun Zheng had no intention of appreciating it. She gripped her phone tightly, her knuckles turning white.
She now regrets not leaving Mo Shian's contact information. If she had taken his business card at that time, she wouldn't have to waste time on the road.
The taxi was speeding on the highway. Yun Zheng looked at the street lights rapidly receding outside the window and suddenly remembered the scene of the last time she saw Fu Linghe.
He had clearly promised her that he would come back early after finishing his work...
"Ma'am, we're here." The driver's voice interrupted her thoughts.
Only then did Yun Zheng realize that the car had stopped in front of a magnificent manor.
It was drizzling outside. She hurriedly paid the fare and walked quickly towards the gate.
The gate of the manor was closed and the security guards at the door looked at her vigilantly.

The security personnel looked her up and down. The oriental woman was wearing a wrinkled evening gown, with red and swollen eyes, and looked disheveled.
"Do you have an appointment?" he asked businesslike.
The rain is not heavy, but it is enough to soak people.
Raindrops dripped down her hair, and her dress was already soaked, sticking to her body and feeling freezing cold.
She bit her lower lip tightly, her eyes stubborn and determined.
"Just go in and tell Mo Shi'an that Yun Zheng is here to see him." Yun Zheng's tone was cold but carried an oppressive feeling that could not be refused.
The security guard was frightened by her sharp gaze and hesitated for a moment, but finally picked up the intercom and reported in a low voice.
Less than a minute later, hurried footsteps were heard in the manor.
"Zheng Zheng?!"
A slender figure walked quickly from the direction of the main house. It was Mo Shian.
The man was dressed in a suit and tie, obviously having just returned from an important occasion. Even his tie was slightly askew, and his usually calm face was now filled with shock and excitement that was difficult to conceal.
"It's really you..." His voice was hoarse, and his eyes were fixed on her, as if he was afraid that she would disappear in the next second.
Yun Zheng looked at him with a complicated look. She couldn't say she was happy, but she didn't feel disgusted either.
"I need your help," she interrupted him directly, saying, "Fu Linghe is on the missing flight, and I need the Mo family's search and rescue resources."
Mo Shian's expression froze for a moment, but he quickly regained his composure.
His gaze lingered on Yun Zheng's wet dress for a second, and his brows immediately furrowed.
He took off his suit jacket without hesitation, and with gentle movements but an unyielding determination, he draped it over Yun Zheng's trembling shoulders.
"Come in first." His voice was low and gentle, with a reassuring power. "It's too cold outside."
Yun Zheng subconsciously wanted to refuse, but in the end she only hesitated for a moment and did not push away.
Mo Shian placed his hands on her back, keeping a perfect distance.
It gave her support without making her feel offended.
The raindrops dripped down his hair, but he was completely unaware, all his attention was on the stubborn sister beside him.
"Be careful with the steps." Mo Shi'an reminded softly. He held Yun Zheng's arm in time when she staggered, and then quickly let go in a gentlemanly manner.
The warm air in the manor blew in her face, and Yun Zheng realized that she was so cold that her teeth were chattering.
She stood in the middle of the living room, the rain dripping down Yun Zheng's hair onto the marble floor of the Mo Family Manor, making a slight "tapping" sound. Her wet dress clung to her body, outlining her figure as she shivered slightly from the cold.
As soon as Mo Shi'an entered the room, he immediately instructed the housekeeper, "Prepare ginger tea and a dry towel, and find a set of clean clothes."
He turned to Yun Zheng, his eyes gentle but unyielding, "You need to change out of these wet clothes first, or you'll get sick."
Yun Zheng opened her mouth to retort, but a gust of cold wind blew in from the door, causing her to shiver uncontrollably.
Mo Shi'an's eyes became more determined. "Fu Linghe needs a healthy you to go find him, not a sick you."
This sentence hit Yun Zheng's soft spot.
She nodded slightly and followed the maid to the guest room.
Before leaving, Mo Shian added, "I've already asked someone to prepare the helicopter and the search and rescue team. We'll be able to set off in ten minutes."
Yun Zheng paused, without looking back, and said softly, "Thank you."
In the guest room, warm hot water and clean and comfortable clothes are ready.
Yun Zheng took a quick hot shower, and the warm water gradually restored sensation to her frozen limbs.
When she walked out of the guest room, wiping her hair, Mo Shian had already changed into a neat outdoor outfit and was talking in a low voice with several people in uniform in the living room while looking at a map.
Hearing the footsteps, he immediately looked up, and his eyes were obviously relaxed after confirming that Yun Zheng was fine.
"Feeling better?" He came over and handed her a cup of steaming ginger tea.
Yun Zheng took the teacup, feeling the warmth from her fingertips. "Thank you, I feel much better."
Her gaze passed Mo Shian and fell on the strangers. "Who are they?"
"The search and rescue team leader and aviation expert," Mo Shi'an briefly introduced. "We are currently determining the area where the missing plane may have appeared."
Yun Zheng immediately put down the teacup and walked over.
Mo Shi'an naturally stood beside her, pointing to a marked area on the map and explaining, "Based on the latest radar signals and wind direction analysis, the most likely area is here."
"I've already notified the Civil Aviation Administration of A. They'll notify us as soon as they have any news."
"The helicopter is ready." Mo Shi'an checked his watch. "We can leave at any time."
