The man still endured the wind, sun and rain day after day, and El looked at the eagle circling every day and thought of the only thing he could do...
"Are you sure this will work?"
There was a hint of pain in the man's tone, but El simply gritted his teeth and held the liver, which was almost half the size of his head, in his hands.
He didn't know if it would work, just like he didn't know where he came from, but... a voice in his heart told him that this was the right thing to do.

Not long after, the bloodthirsty eagle came again to peck at the delicious internal organs.

The man looked at El's gradually translucent body and asked:
"Are you leaving?"
El looked at his arm and nodded doubtfully.
"That may be the case. Anyway, it's nice to meet you."
