The priests of the Beast World are all servants of the Beast God.
So when the Golden Dragon Clan priests saw Han Shuang abandon Si Yan and run towards that ugly old woman, their faces all turned grim.
How could their revered beast god be so blasphemed?!
"Frostbite, have you gone mad?" one of the priests roared.
Han Shuang stubbornly headed towards Jin Yao.
The other orcs looked at Si Yan with pity, as she was abandoned by her mother.
There was even an elderly female who said to Si Yan with pity, "Child, you have suffered."
Si Yan didn't care about Han Shuang.
She gently lowered her eyes and helped the elderly woman up, smiling, "I'm not tired at all, thank you for your concern. Madam, please have a seat."
Seeing the dark circles under the old woman's eyes, Si Yan helped her sit down and took her pulse.
The old female is already very old; she probably won't survive another Beast Year.
She lowered her eyes slightly and said, "Madam, you're overthinking things, and you're not sleeping well."
Si Yan took out a warm, blue stone and handed it to her, saying, "Place this blue stone by your head when you sleep; it will help you calm your mind and get a good night's sleep."
The old female gazed at the gentle female before her.
Since she grew old, no one has cared for her like this anymore.
"Good, good." The old woman put the stone away. "You are a good child."
The new Dragon Princess is so approachable and gentle, there's absolutely no sense of distance between her and others.
A beastman looked at Si Yan with delight and said, "Our Dragon Princess truly lives up to her reputation as the Wise One Si Yan who dedicated countless knowledge to the City of Ten Thousand Beasts and built the Bridge of Wise Men to save many beastmen! She is truly beautiful, wise, and gentle."
Long Ji Si Yan is so beautiful.
Many of the young male orcs blushed.
Another young orc said indignantly, "Yeah, unlike Jin Yao, who has always been arrogant and domineering in the tribe. Let alone saving people, she always says one thing to the chief and does another behind his back, completely deceiving the chief and his family. We can't say anything about it."
In fact, most of the orcs in the tribe had long since stopped liking Jin Yao.

Han Shuang's pupils dilated in shock, her face filled with disbelief. She felt a stinging pain on her neck, where blood was already flowing.
She cherished Jin Yao, but Jin Yao didn't care about her at all!
"Don't move!" Jin Yao shouted.
Jin Hong, Jin Ting, and the other golden dragon beastmen immediately surrounded Jin Yao.
"Jin Yao, what are you doing? Why are you hurting your mother?" Jin Hong said painfully.
Jin Yao glared at Jin Hong resentfully, "You're no better than me."
The golden dragon beastman roared, "Jin Yao, you're insane! Even if Han Shuang isn't your birth mother, she raised you for over twenty years, and even... she even gave up her own female offspring for you. And this is how you treat her? This is repaying kindness with enmity!"
"I repay kindness with enmity?"
Jin Yao's terrifying gaze swept around the room.
"Don't I have my own name? Don't I have my own home? When I was brought to the Golden Dragon Tribe to be Jin Yao's substitute, did anyone ask for my opinion?!"
She thrust her beastly fangs deeper into the frost.
"You're the worst person," Jin Yao said menacingly. "Since you love Jin Yao so much, why did you agree to let me take her place?"
"You lifted me up high, and then threw me down hard!!" Jin Yao practically screamed.
Frost was in pain and terrified. "Yaoyao, it's not like that, it's not like that."
Jin Yao retorted angrily, "Is she pitiful, but am I not? She was given my identity, my status, my name, and now I have to give them all to her just because she comes back? Why should I?! What's mine is mine, and I am the Dragon Princess!"
"Frost, I hate you, I hate you so much! Everything I have now is because of you. You're the culprit!"
Jin Yao's beast fangs sliced through Han Shuang's neck, and she pointed at everyone menacingly, "If I'm not having a good time, none of you will be!"
Han Shuang felt a sharp pain in her heart; she had never known that Yao Yao hated her so much.
How could her Yao Yao, her beloved Yao Yao, possibly hate her?
"Get out of the way! All of you, get out of the way!"
"Jin Yao, don't do anything foolish!"
She took Frost hostage, and no orc dared to stop her; they all made way for her.
Corpse soldier Shi Bai followed behind Jin Yao with his head down. Whenever anyone got close to Jin Yao, Shi Bai would glare fiercely at them, as if he were about to tear them apart at any moment.
Jin Kun asked anxiously, "It's so windy outside, where are you taking Mother?"
Jin Yao sneered.
She's not afraid of death, so why would she be afraid of the wind?
She leaned close to Frost's ear, feeling Frost tremble, and said coldly and cruelly, "You should keep your promise, Mother."
After saying that, she plunged headfirst into the hurricane.
The Golden Dragon Beastman couldn't just stand by and watch Jin Yao take Frost away.
They had no choice but to follow her into the hurricane.
Where is she going?
