Chapter 189, /.

Jin Si Sha straightened up, but swayed a little.

He watched in a daze as the Golden Dragon Clan's shaman treated Jin Yao. He watched in a daze as the three Jin brothers surrounded Jin Yao, worried about her.

Finally, he took a few steps back and left the cave to get some fresh air.

Today was a very foolish day.

To take the blame for Jin Yao, he ate so much meat that he dug a huge hole to defecate in, and then quickly buried it afterward because it smelled so bad.

When they returned to the cave, it was perfectly normal for her eldest, second, and third brothers to come and see Jin Yao.

After all, they were all grown up together, and her brothers doted on her.

Jin Yao shouldn't have lied to them. She should have explained things clearly before discussing what to do next.

But she didn't. Not only did she not, she subtly implied that Si Yan poisoned Jin Yao out of jealousy and a desire to return to the Golden Dragon Clan.

But that's not actually the case.

He could clearly see Si Yan's eyes.

Si Yan looked down on Jin Yao completely. No matter what Jin Yao said or did, she didn't care at all.

She even seemed to look down on the Golden Dragon Clan.

Jin Yao's poisoning was entirely her own fault.

Why would he do something so stupid as to take the blame for Jin Yao?

This not only tarnished the reputation of the Golden Dragon Clan, but also pushed Si Yan further away.

Jin Yang leaned against the wall with one hand and supported his head with the other.

My head hurts terribly, like it's being pricked with needles.

Knowing the competition was still ongoing, and that Si Yan was probably still at the competition venue making things, Jin Yang stumbled back to the competition site.

The competition continued, and Si Yan had already begun putting iron beads into pottery and then melting them in a charcoal fire.

The molten iron was heated to a red-hot temperature.

Si Yan used several pieces of wood to hold the pottery in place and poured the molten iron into the mold.

She focused intently on her own tasks, seemingly unaffected by the affairs of the Golden Dragon Clan.

Tyson wagged his tail, his eyes sparkling as he looked at Si Yan, asking excitedly, "Si Yan, what are we doing?"

Si Yan smiled and said, "This is an axe."

Once the molten iron was formed, Si Yan instructed Tyson to immerse the axe in water to cool it.

Looking at the axe bubbling and hissing.

Si Yan's mind went blank for a moment, her thoughts drifting far away, and she suddenly asked, "Old Gecko, does this world really have a Beast God?"

Hearing her call, the gecko crawled out of her already spacious room and said lazily, "Of course."

Si Yan asked, "What kind of person is the Beast God of this world? Is he a gentle, kind, and innocent god?"

Before she knew what God looked like, the image of God that appeared in Si Yan's mind was a ball of light, and in the light was a white, radiant God. The God's eyes were kind and gentle, capable of illuminating the darkness of the world.

The gecko sensed that Si Yan seemed to be thinking about something terrible, and immediately said, "Hey, don't think like that. There are no pure and kind gods out there."

Si Yan paused, somewhat surprised, "Aren't all gods purely good?"

The gecko broke out in a cold sweat. "Grandson, you must have read a lot of myths in your past life."

"I've seen it."

"Tell me what they are."

"Journey to the West, Investiture of the Gods, Classic of Mountains and Seas."

"Then tell me, which god in it is purely good?"

Si Yan thought for a moment, "Tang Sanzang?"

"Tang Sanzang?" the gecko shrieked. Fortunately, no one except Si Yan could hear his voice.

The gecko realized it had acted inappropriately.

He immediately adjusted himself.

"Tang Sanzang was protected by a silly monkey. If it weren't for that silly monkey, he would definitely be the first to die, believe it or not?"

The gecko stiffened its neck and said, "Don't get any ideas, and don't be naive or kind."

"Grandson, let me tell you a story."

Want to hear a story?

Si Yan ignored the ironware and immediately grabbed a wooden cup of water, found a rock, sat down, rested, and listened to the story.

"Go ahead and tell me," Si Yan said, intrigued.

The gecko suddenly became serious. He jumped onto a rock directly in front of Si Yan and looked at her at eye level.

"Si Yan, this is a story that every newly appointed god in the Pantheon must hear."

"The protagonist of this story is the simple and kind god in your imagination."

The gecko cleared its throat, glanced at Si Yan with its eyes, and then began to tell the story.

"Once upon a time, there was a simple and kind ordinary king. He was kind and happy. He had loving parents, friendly brothers and sisters, a beloved queen, and three adorable and clever little princes."

In Si Yan's eyes, a harmonious and united family has gradually emerged.

"His country has fifty thousand people, all of whom live in peace and happiness, and the country is prosperous."

"He met all the conditions to become a god, and he naturally became a god."

Si Yan listened intently, and then she put the water down.

"As a god, he is full of gentle and warm power. His blood and bones are treasures. Drinking a drop of his blood can extend one's life by a hundred years."

"After he discovered the power of his blood, he distributed it to his parents, brothers and sisters, queen and children. Just as you can imagine, those he loved became immortal because of his blood."

Si Yan's hand paused slightly.

The gecko glanced at her and said, "Like a piece of Tang Monk's flesh, isn't it?"

"This god was very cautious at first. But later..."
