Shu Ning looked at him, but before she could speak, she heard Xiao Xian's words.

“Our Yu’er will treat you no worse than Chong’er,” he added.
"Yu'er, what do you think?" he said, looking at Xiao Yu.
“Father,” Xiao Yu said.
After a moment of silence.

As he said this, he looked down at the ground, a strange emotion welling up inside him.
"Yu'er, why don't you try?" Cang Ling said anxiously for his son.
Xiao Yu shook his head. "I hope my females will mate with me because they love me."
He looked at Cang Ling and Xiao Xian and smiled, "Just like a father and mother."
"You child, you're too stubborn. You can fall in love after you get married. Look at Ningning, she gets along quite well with her two beast husbands."

Shu Ning looked at the male in front of her who looked remarkably like Xiao Chong in his features, but her eyes were not as gentle as his.
"My beast husbands all like... not just one..."
"So..." he interrupted her, a wicked glint in his eyes, "you'd like any beastly husband you want?"
Shu Ning frowned, pondering his question.
Thinking of Mo Li inside the cave, she nodded.
“Then I want to be your beast husband!” he said directly, his tone leaving no room for argument.
"I already clearly rejected you just now," Shu Ning said, and worried that he might do something, so she directly left his grasp.
"I..." He wanted to say something more, but then he saw Xiao Chong come in.
He took a deep breath and looked at Shu Ning again.
"You should get some rest tonight. We'll go back to the wolf clan together tomorrow." He said this and left without waiting for Shu Ning to speak.
As Xiao Chong approached, he put his arm around Shu Ning and patted her head. "Ning Ning, were you waiting for me here?"
As she spoke, she glanced at the man who was leaving.

"Alright, I understand. Sorry to keep our Ningning waiting. Let's go back and sleep." After he finished speaking, he picked up Shu Ning and walked back into the cave.
Seeing that Mo Li was already in bed, he smiled and said, "You went to bed quite early."
Then he placed Shu Ning in the middle of the bed and lay down himself.

"Mmm..." Xiao Chong kissed her lips again, suppressing the heat in his body, and after hesitating for a moment, he still couldn't bear to leave her.
After lying down, he and she held hands and looked at the cave ceiling.
"Ningning?" he called softly again.
Shu Ning turned to look at him.
"Thank you."
"You're welcome."
