Chapter 60: Eve

For four days, the orcs from the three tribes followed the marks left by Xuan Heli and gradually reunited.

After counting the number of people, the chiefs of the three tribes gathered together again, accompanied by their capable assistants from their respective tribes.

"We've determined their location. When are we going to take action?" Rhino asked first.

A lay on the ground, a faint cold light in his khaki eyes. "Hurry up, if we delay any longer we will be out of our tribe's territory. By then there won't be enough water, and it will be difficult for our people to travel."

"What's their current situation? Tell me in detail." Xia looked at Fei and a black python orc. Following the clues provided by Xuan, they had already explored the place where the roaming orcs were.

"There are a total of 174 orcs now, and they are fighting among themselves. I saw the orc they called the leader and another orc arguing and fighting. I heard from them that the orc was the one who led people to your tribe." The black python orc looked at Xia.

Fei frowned and added, "Yes, I saw it too. They also brought eight sub-beasts with them. I don't know when they stole them. Those eight sub-beasts are not in good condition. I don't know how long they can survive in their hands."

"When we were tracking them, we found several broken animal skins hidden in the bushes. They had the scent of sub-beasts on them. They must be traces they left for us on purpose." Xuan looked at the three clan leaders seriously.

\"They are asking us for help!" Li Xiongzhua slammed the ground.

"How do they know we are tracking the wandering orcs?" asked an orc from the Stonehorn tribe.

"Maybe it was mentioned during the internal conflict and heard by the sub-beasts." Another orc from the Stonehorn tribe answered.

"Now that we have determined their location, let's act as soon as possible." Xia said in a deep voice, looking in the direction of the wandering orcs.

Hearing this, all the orcs became serious and followed Xia's gaze to the depths of the jungle.

. . . . . .

Deep in the jungle where land and water intersect, on a rare night without wind, ripples occasionally appear on the water surface. All around is silent except for the mournful chirping of insects.

The silvery moonlight sprinkled on the pool, and not far from the pool, a group of slightly disheveled orcs sat on the ground to rest.

The beasts that had been killed not long ago were piled up randomly on one side. The broken carcasses were bleeding all over the ground, and the smell of blood was so strong that it was sickening.

Suddenly, an orc stood up from the crowd and walked towards the few people who were left at the outermost edge and were so thin that they seemed to be broken at a touch.

"Go find them again? Be careful not to kill them," someone in the crowd shouted to the orcs who were leaving.

"It's okay to die. At worst, we can come and rob again after we get rid of these annoying tribal orcs." The orc said nonchalantly.

Seeing the orc's actions, several orcs in the crowd frowned and murmured softly, "I really don't understand why the leader didn't just throw these burdens away and ignore them, and why he still has the mind to do such a thing at this time."

The orc who heard the muttering nearby raised his eyes in the direction of the leader and said in a low voice, "This is the person he had taken people to snatch back from outside before. He kept him here specifically to annoy that guy." As he spoke, the orc nodded his chin towards a brown-haired orc.

"You're still thinking about this at this hour." The orc took a deep breath, looked around, and then lowered his voice into his throat. "Are you leaving or not?"

"Leave?" The other orc was slightly startled. He raised his hand to cover his mouth and whispered, "Leave by yourself?"

The orc who suggested leaving nodded slightly and looked in the leader's direction. "We'll go on our own. Quick."

After saying this, he pointed with his finger at the orcs who left the crowd to look for the kidnapped sub-beasts, and shook his head slightly, "If you stay here, you'll be caught up sooner or later."

After hearing his words, the other orc looked around again, gritted his teeth and said, "Let's go."

After saying that, the two orcs stood up and walked out together.

"What are you going to do? The sub-beasts are not there." Others in the crowd shouted.

"Ah? Oh, it's okay, we're just taking a piss and will be back soon." The two orcs laughed.

On the other side, watching the orcs walking towards them, the sub-beasts huddled together showed expressions of fear on their faces, and they all supported themselves and backed away, fearing that they would be chosen by the orcs in front of them.

The orc reached out to grab one of the sub-beasts, only to see that sub-beast instantly collapse and crawl backwards screaming.

Seeing him like this, the other sub-beast subconsciously pounced over and stood in front of the sub-beast.

Seeing this, the orc did not insist on catching the sub-beast that was screaming in fear. It didn't matter to him who it was.

Sure enough, the sub-beast that pounced forward had its arm grabbed and was dragged to the ground. The orc didn't even look at him and dragged him towards the bushes in the distance.

At this time, the sub-beast that was dragged away came to his senses. He struggled frantically, but their strength was no different from a tickle to the orc.

The orcs walked very fast, and there were many scratches on the sub-beasts' bodies. Blood was oozing out of the wounds. The orcs who smelled the blood did not stop their steps at all, but instead showed an excited expression.

"Let me go! Let me go! You wandering orcs, you will definitely be killed! Your heads will definitely be hung on the highest branches, and your bodies will be thrown into the forest to be eaten clean by wild beasts!"

He lost his mind and screamed wildly, attacking with all his might. The orc did not respond to his words or actions at all, but just dragged him forward.

With the orc's heavy swing, the sub-beast was thrown directly to the ground, and the sharp stone hit its knees.

"Get out of here!! Get out of here!!!"

The sub-beast got up and ran towards the depths of the jungle.

However, he fell to the ground before he had taken two steps. Hearing the sound of orcs slowly approaching from behind, he crawled on the ground using his hands and feet.

Suddenly he stopped moving and stood there in a daze. The orcs were still approaching, so he immediately lowered his head and stopped struggling.

The orc had already walked up to him and reached out to knock him over. He stared at the sky motionlessly.

Seeing him scratching his head in confusion, the orc stopped and looked around.

A ball of mud mixed with weeds hit the orc directly, and the sub-beast's cursing sounded again.

"You guys are worse than beasts, go to hell!"

The orc who was hit by the mud immediately lowered his head and looked at the sub-beast on the ground with a fierce look in his eyes.

He reached out and slapped the beast hard, causing its head to tilt to one side and blood to flow from the corner of its mouth.

The only remaining worn animal skin on his body was torn off, and the orc pounced directly on him.

The sub-beast who had been cursing just now did not make any resistance. He turned his head to look at the tall grass not far away, and a faint light appeared in his eyes which had been dead.
