Chapter 8 Pet Party

Lin Li helped Ye Mu wash the blood off his face, then carried him out like a chicken and threw him into the back seat of the car.

The heavy snow outside had not stopped yet, and Ye Mu was still wearing the same court shirt he had worn a few days ago.

His collar was stained with blood and sweat, and he looked like a poor drowned dog.

The car drove through the snow into a brightly lit alley, and noisy voices reached Ye Mu's ears.

"Buzz, buzz, buzz..." His head was spinning.

Lin Li slammed the car door and went to the back seat to pull Ye Mu.

Ye Mu refused to leave, so Lin Li pulled the chain hard.

The rough leather collar rubbed the skin of his neck red.

"Just follow me obediently!" Lin Li pulled hard, and Ye Mu was pulled out of the car door and thrown to the ground.

It was very noisy at the entrance of the bar, and many people were already whispering.

"Tsk tsk tsk, young people nowadays really know how to have fun."

"It's so perverted, but I like it."

Ye Mu fell in the snow mixed with mud and water, not daring to look up.

His self-esteem was trampled upon by the man next to him, and his cheeks were so red that they seemed to be bleeding.

"Hey! Brother Li, you are finally here." A deep middle-aged male voice floated over from the door of the bar.

The middle-aged man was wearing a suit. He walked to the side of the car, handed a cigarette to Lin Li attentively, and lit it with his hand.

"I heard that Brother Li raised a half-vampire. The brothers are waiting to see."

"Here it is." Lin Li pulled the chain and glanced down. "Let's go in first. It's dark here and we can't see clearly."

"Okay!" The middle-aged man quickly looked around at the people on the ground, then stepped aside to lead the way, "Brother Li, this way."

Lin Li picked up Ye Mu and pushed him into the bar.

The discussions of passers-by continued for a long time.

As soon as he stepped into the door, the deafening sound of music hit Ye Mu's eardrums, and his temples were throbbing with pain.

He is already blind, what if he can't hear either?

The middle-aged man led them into a private room where more than a dozen men and women, as well as a few cats and dogs, sat.

As soon as I entered the door, someone came to greet me.

"Is this the half-vampire that Li Ge mentioned?"

Everyone stopped what they were doing and watched curiously.

"He's so skinny, Lin Li, are you not giving him food?"

"So this is what a half-vampire looks like. It's pretty similar to a pure vampire."

"Wow, his clothes are dirty. Aren't vampires said to be nobles?"

"Too skinny, not even as strong as my dog."

Ye Mu was being displayed, and all the unpleasant words poured into his ears clearly.

They treated him as a mindless plaything and made random comments about him.

One of the fat, big-eared men even went so far as to pry at Ye Mu's mouth, "Show your teeth and see if they're sharp."

The others all watched with great interest as the vampire was humiliated, occasionally bursting into laughter.

Ye Mu pursed his lips tightly and refused to do as he was told.

The man immediately teased: “Lin Li, your pet is disobedient.”

Others chimed in: "He's a pet, so of course he only listens to his owner."

Then there was a burst of laughter.

Ye Mu stood awkwardly. Blind, he seemed to have fallen into an endless black void, surrounded by obscene words.

He wanted to escape, but he couldn't even find the direction.

Lin Li had already sat on the sofa. He looked at Ye Mu, who was at a loss in the crowd, and smiled wickedly, "Is it difficult to ask you to bare your teeth?"
