Chapter 367: Not Jealous

Chapter 367: Not Jealous

What brings you here?

Anno skipped over to Sitar, wrapped her arms around his lean waist, and looked up at him with a smile.

"Let's see if my little queen has brought back any new members."

Sitar looked down at her, his deep blue eyes as deep and unfathomable as the ocean.

Anuo pursed his lips and said, "I'm here to learn and do serious business, not to seduce my family."

As she spoke, she jumped up, wrapped her arms around Sital's neck, pulled him down, and tried to kiss him.

"Tell me quickly, you're jealous, aren't you! Tell me, tell me quickly."

Her tone was excited and eager.

Looking into her bright eyes, Sitar sighed softly, smoothed her long hair that had been ruffled by the sea breeze, bent down and let her keep kissing his face until it was all wet.

"You're still drunk." He patted her head, his tone affectionate.

"Why are you so calm? Xi Mo is going to give me his precious feather, and the sapphire on it is so beautiful." Anuo tilted her head and looked at her in confusion, her tone carrying a hint of dissatisfaction.

Sitar thought for a moment and said, "Then I'll go and break his neck."

His expression suggested he was seriously considering the matter.

Anuo exclaimed, "Then let's not do it. He didn't do anything wrong."

Sitar kissed her forehead and said, "Yes, it's Anunu who's so kind."

It's so good that it attracts covetous glances everywhere.

Anno was delighted to hear Sitar praise her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and nuzzled his neck affectionately like a kitten. Then she put all her weight on his neck, wrapped her legs around his waist, and clung to him like a child.

Sital pulled her up and hugged her. "Shall we go home?"

“Hmm, let’s go swimming, I’ll teach you.” Anno’s gaze turned to the sea.

Sitar: "The seawater is cold."

Anno pressed her cheek against his. "You're warm, so you won't feel cold while swimming if you hold me."

Sitar smiled slightly. "Weren't you going to teach me how to swim? Am I supposed to hold you and sink into the sea together?"

Anno frowned and thought for a moment, looking at Sital's smiling, beautiful face, as if he had thought of something. He hesitated for a moment and said, "We don't seem to be able to drown? Oh right, you can swim."

Sitar chuckled, kissed her lips, and looked at her adorable appearance, wishing he could meld her into his body.

"Tell me quickly, are you jealous?"

The drunken Little King Bug brought the topic back.

“I’m not jealous,” Sitar said. “If you don’t stop me, I’ll go and break his neck.”

There's no joke involved.

He is the king of male insects, and no one can make him jealous; he will only take direct action.

“You wouldn’t.” Anno muttered softly, resting her head on his broad shoulder.

Sitar led her toward the sea, saying, "Because you did not accept his feather, and you will not."

They both understand each other and know that the other's thoughts are serious, but they won't do them.

He heard what Anuo and Ximo said in his consciousness network.

Over the past two years, she has learned a lot, including how to gently and clearly reject someone's affections.

As a queen insect, she didn't actually have to do this; she could have ignored it and looked down from a high place.

But that's an ogre, not anunu.

Anunu's heart is forever gentle, possessing the richest emotions.

Sitar brought Anno back to the beach. He found a quiet spot away from the crowds and dazzling colored lights.

Anno excitedly jumped off him, kicked off her shoes, and stepped barefoot onto the soft sand.

She dragged Sitar along to chase the waves, but as the waves receded and surged back onto the beach, she couldn't keep up and her clothes got soaked.

She said she would go swimming, and walked into the sea. A spinal whip extended from her back, and her skin glowed with a faint white light. She was wearing a special shapeshifter, which was not noticeable even when she reverted to her original form.

She led Sitar out to sea, saying she would take him to see a giant whale.

This is a shallow sea area; there are no large whales here.

He wrapped his arms around her waist, creating an energy field that shielded her from the cold seawater.

Her excitement came and went quickly. The two sat on the rocks, looking at the bright stars and Milky Way above them. Anuo nestled in his arms, chattering away.

"If only there were mermaids right now, Sitar, I want to see mermaids, quickly transform for me."

"Sitael, how did you get so big? I wish you could shrink back to a tiny size and I could hold you in my arms."

"Sitar, Sitar..."

The little queen beetle kept making "unreasonable" demands of her male king, so Sitar had no choice but to silence her by kissing her until she was dizzy and speechless.

"There are no mermaids, only me."

Anno stared at him for a while, as if giving in, "Okay, only you can do it."

She quickly forgot about that topic and remembered something else.

"Sita, are you hungry?"

Sitar rested his chin on the top of her head: "Not hungry."

"No, you definitely didn't eat anything tonight. Let me catch some fish for you!"

As she was about to jump into the water, Sitar grabbed her, saying, "Let's go back and eat."

Anno: "What shall we eat when we get back? We'll eat fish!"

Sitar pulled Anno back into his arms. "Anunu, you just want to catch fish for fun."

Anno's little scheme was exposed, and she laughed as she lunged at Sitar, knocking him into the water.

The drunken Little King Worm was obsessed with what Sitar had said. He said he couldn't swim and that he would hold her and sink into the sea. She clung to him like an octopus and wouldn't let him swim.

Sitar held her and let her fuss around; she was drunk and would fall asleep after a while.

Sure enough, it wasn't long before she fell asleep in his arms.

On the way back, she was still muttering in her sleep, "Sitael, quickly turn into a mermaid for me to see."

Sitar responded to her sleep-talking, "I'll transform you in a bit."

In her dream, Anunu tied up Sitar, who had transformed into a mermaid, and then pinned him to the ground, watching him being bullied until his eyes were blurry with tears.
